Steve Morison has had his contract cancelled and he is at Millwall completing a medical as I type this .... I for one am pleased he's gone, could never understand the diabolical deal we did to bring him here in the first place .... even Varney was better than him

Very pleasantly surprised by this - didn't think you'd let your best goalscorer leave for free.

Now I am confused as to where the Leeds goals will come from - you should be very worried

 

Hell be a success next season as a division 2 striker when Wallies are relegated again. Hell bag about ten this season in league 1

 

To be fair we said the same about Barndoor Billy and he is now at Hartlepool after he couldn't score in L1. Never forget that season we bought him instead of his strike partner .... Moro thought he was Messi when he got his transfer and Welsh cap but even the canaries couldn't do anything with him

 

Just like Ipswich couldn't do anything with Wood last season - I predict Morison will score more than any Leeds player does next season

I'm revising my prediction upwards as we are constantly investing in quality while shifting our deadwood. Today shifting one of the biggest planks of deadwood to ever sign for us

The club realised they could always call on Me and Glory if the first 5 or 6 goalscorers get injured,while Moro tried,he's slower than Me and Glory and got less ability.Will be well suited to your rock bottom level.

He was doomed from the start really, he was never going to be a like-for-like replacement for Becchio. Tried hard last season and he did have a part to play in keeping us up, even if it wasn't through his goals. We can and will do better, so I won't miss him, but to say he's worse than Varney is a tad harsh - correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't recall Morison missing a chance like this:

 

I think Morison will be a perfect partner for Gregory and help bring the youngsters through as and when they get their chance,looking at the pictures he appears leaner than when he was in his prime first time around, could be Leeds have shot themselves in the foot with this move, after all he scored Leeds' only goal in Austria.

 

He was a wally and its only right that he goes to the little leagues to join his friends.

 

He was crap at Millwall 2 years ago and was a regular sub,even worse last season and added slow to his list of skills.He's getting on now hence only a 1 year contract,but here's the best bit [undisclosed fee] Celino got money for him fookin genious.
