Really hope this is true, I'd take him over Aranguiz. He's a complete powerhouse, as Schweinsteiger's collarbone can testify, with an incredible shot on him. If we can get this over the line then £3million will be an absolute steal.

Now we are signing a few of our targets, could a few of those that have turned us down reconsider. We are not just trying to sign one marquee player but a few to compete with those in or around the top six.

I don't think Inler has been linked to anyone else, so maybe we are his only option if he did want a change.

Aranguiz is in demand, and if its between lower league Leicester and Champions league qualification round Levercusen, we aren't going to win.

I would be very happy with Inler and take him over Aranguez especially with the fees involved

I think Aranguiz would be too good to be true but a midfield pairing of Kante and Inler with James, King and Drinkwater looks incredibly healthy.

    Get it done Claudio...

.. certain sources saying he has rejected our offer and is holding out for Fiorentina... he can therefore do one and we should move on to Shaqiri :)

    OH......Another not coming here!
Seems to me a lot of players don't like our new manager Claudio Ranieri ?
Leicester City target Gökhan İnler has joined Bundesliga side Schalke 04 on a three year deal.

... yes it will be solely down to Ranieri <doh> ... if Nige was still in charge he could have been calling Messi and Ronaldo on his speed dial ... I hate you James Pearson <wah>

... back in the real world ... we are Leicester City ... a provincial club in the UK top league ... we need to hang in there and improve season by season (as Stoke have done) ... once we are doing that we become more viable as an option generally for potential signings ... personally I'm very happy with the signings so far ... it would be nice to get a 'big name' in yes ... but I'm nore pleased with Mahrez extending than I am on missing out on Inler tbh ...

Yet Fuchs came from Schalke 04 ...

Schalkes goals will be alot different from ours, they will be aiming for champions league football, we will be looking to avoid relegation. I know which i'd rather go to at 31.
