21 days? What 21 days? @HumbersideSport: We understand Hull City have completed a move for Brentford's Moses Odebajo on a three year deal. #hcafc
We probably have some basic say. After all, the reporters are usually at the clubs much earlier than they actually appear on telly, so it is all about when Sky shows us on telly.
You'd have had triple vision if you'd seen the first one from Cortez, I just thought it was the game of the day so joined in
Manager seems to have said "Definitely not selling Odubajo, absolutely not" and is now saying "Ok.. ok.. you can have Odubajo, but we're definitely not selling Gray, absolutely not".
http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/...most-of-his-time-with-the-tigers-2592668.aspx Chuba Akpom is determined to make the most of his season with the Tigers and help fire Steve Bruce’s side towards a promotion push. Akpom agreed terms on a season-long loan move from Arsenal on Tuesday and the striker says he can’t wait to get started in a black and amber shirt. “I’m really happy to be here and it’s great to be able to sign for a club like this with the aim of gaining more experience,” said Akpom. “The manager has been really welcoming and I’m really looking forward to helping this club to push for promotion. “I feel as though this is a really massive opportunity for me because it’s set to be my first full season out on loan. I’ve had loan spells before, but they have just been for a month with a few games played. “It’s going to be good to be here from the start. I went to watch the lads against Sheffield United on Sunday and everybody is raring to go for the season so hopefully we can all have a good one.” 19-year-old Akpom arrives at the KC Stadium having already made nine senior appearances for Arsenal, including run-outs in the Premier League and FA Cup, and the England U20 international admits the taste of top level football with the Gunners has left him hungry for more. “When you play alongside world class players it just makes you want to be as good as them,” added Akpom. “I feel that this loan move will only help to make me stronger and better as a player and add to my experience. “The Championship is a really hard league. It’s physical, technical and a really fast division. “It can be a hard league to get used to, but with the players that we have here and the experience that they have it should help me and make it easier to settle.” Another factor in helping Akpom to settle in his new surroundings will be the presence of Arsenal colleague Isaac Hayden. Hayden also recently joined the Tigers on loan from the Gunners and Akpom is looking forward to once again linking up with a player who has been a team-mate for many years. “I’ve played with Isaac for a number of years now and it’s nice that he’s already here as it will help me to settle down,” continued Akpom. “We’re from the same club, we play for the same England team and he is a very good player. We’re very familiar with how each other plays and it’s great that we’ve both come here at more or less the same time.” Having trained with his new team-mates for the first time on Tuesday morning, Akpom is now looking forward to Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship opener against Huddersfield Town at the KC Stadium. “I’m really looking forward to Saturday. A lot of people have told me how good the atmosphere and the fans are at the KC so hopefully we can get off to a good start.”
Have a feeling with N'Doye going we might shift one more striker and keep the last of the three that's left until January at least and pair them with Gray leaving Chuba to use his pace a bit wider or to come off the bench.
