I think this site works well , generally managing to moderate itself ; so Ive always liked the idea that we dont have or need moderators.....HOWEVER...it has come to my attention that we may have people contributing from wales now ; surely something has to be done about controling them?

I thought all taffs were "Ginger"? Is'nt a genetic throwback or something probably? Anyhoo, if we are barring Taffs then should we not just be on the safe side and ban ALL gingers. Perhaps we should have them post an image of their pubes as a form of vetting?
I have read in certain scientific publications that - using the power of science - it has been proved that all gingers carry some remaining genetic material from neanderthal man ; none of this genetic material is to be found in the rest of the modern human genome ; so , yes , for their own protection gingers need to be vetted ;the welshfinder generals bureau of gingerlike activities is currently setting up some "reorientation "camps - in cumbernauld - to attempt to assimilate these unfortunates back into society ; probably as season ticket holders at ibrox its for the best.
To be honest there isnt much need for moderation. Looking around the team boards, they can easily self moderated by whoever uses them and they'll evolve to whatever they want them to be. For example, Leeds fans could all practice their spelling on each other and give it high 6's when they get a word right. Admin will be needed though in order to delete spammers, keep everything updated and ensure its kept safe for work. The site could do with a tidy as well, but all that is up to Mick. Its his toy and he can do whatever he likes. Inconsistancies need to be sorted though, you cant have a big photo next to your username but folk are allowed to post pictures that are beyond porn If he really wants the site to grow to its potential then he could give the chance for members to become contributers who would write for the forum and apply a news feed on all the latest sports updates. That would look good on the front page. If it can hoover everyone that used 606 then it could become a really big online fanzine & forum but it would have to be structured in the right way.
I have to give a big to the creators of this site tho, tek a boo son, as the latest member of the dole queue once said!
