Everything said about Di Maria is on him. He's the coward. All the ability in the world and he's took out his white flag and ran, tail tucked firmly between his legs to the nation of cowards.

A match made in a cowardly heaven. One that will forever be known as a failure in England.

Well not easy on him when he's a world class creative winger and has to end up playing in a team that's hoofing the ball up to Fellani, or if not Fellaini, the biggest flop of them all, Flopcao, or the other has been.

Fact is he flopped because he doesn't fit with your system created by your 'genius' coach. It's not on him, it's on you, he didn't want to play in a **** glorified version of Stoke FC.

Going from Ronaldo to Fellaini, what'd you expect?

I partially agree, but let's not forget PSG was purportedly meant to be his first choice and he couldn't go due to FFP. On top of this, your manager put pressure on him to perform from the off and then decided to play him in different positions for whatever reason which couldn't have helped his confidence.

Do I think he should have stayed for longer? Possibly. But if his first choice originally came back in for him, he's entitled to want to leave. Let's not forget that your manager has also helped to sanction this move too.

No, it's very much on him. He wasn't asked to play rugby, he was played in midfield and on the wing.

He is a coward who failed in England. Falcao also failed but he never gave up. Arsenal have failed for most of the last decade but haven't given up, despite all their efforts being futile.

Nobody to blame but himself. He will soon be playing in a Mickey Mouse league in a Mickey Mouse country.

PSG are nobodies first choice. No player worth their salt wakes up and goes "I fancy a stroll in Ligue 1, that's a big league right?" Weak minded players or those only chasing a pay check might decide a move to a weak league best suits them.

There's a reason nobody is going after PSG's players, despite a number of them having reputations of quality. The last supposedly world class player to move fro, Ligue 1 was a complete and utter failure, incapable of going toe to toe with footballers in one of the worlds top leagues. About the only club ever linked with anyone from Ligue 1 is AC Milan, who are yesterday's news.

They have talent for sure but it's largely untested and far to expensive to warrant taking a risk on.

It's still very strange that they have been giving Di Maria a medical for 5 days now. It's almost as if they don't have any money and are trying to raise it as quickly as possibly. It should be wrapped up soon but it's been a very strange transfer. I suspect they are desperately trying to offload Cavani or Lucas but nobodies interested. They've been trying to shift Cavani for years tbh.

Feel free to show otherwise. I'm sure you can find a long list of teams queueing up to sign player from PSG and of course, you will be able to show all those great players who went to PSG in order to further their career not end it.

I look forward to it.'about bloody time too.

PSG is a big team that is located in one of the best known Cities in the world. Every team has their times at the top and PSG has the support and financial backing to be be one of those. Chelsea was nowhere until ol moneybags Uncle Abe brought in the Roubles, and then all the best players came running. The same is happening to PSG.

PSG is not a big club. It's a rich club. There are some major differences between a big club and a rich one.

Rich clubs lack history. PSG are about 40 years old and formed after the merger of two, failing Paris clubs.

Barcelona are a big club. A representative of their country and a jewel in Spanish footballs crown. PSG are not the biggest club in France, not even close. They are the man city of French football.

You may also have noticed fewer and fewer players are 'running' to these small, yet wealthy clubs. This is because the gloss has worn off. It's no longer new and exciting, it's all a bit dull tbh.

PSG have a long way to go before they can be considered a big club. Zenit are not a big club nor are Rubin Kazan.

Didn't know that, but personally, I always considered PSG a big club, even before they got the riches.

The bit in bold is wrong.

But basically what you're saying is that if people opt to join the French league instead of the Prem, they're weak minded? That is just a stupid point of view.

I'm sure di Maria definitely went from CL winners Real Madrid to 7th place United because of the size of your club and it had nothing to do with financial rewards...

The French league was more competitive than the Prem last season and the Italian league will slowly start rising again, as some of the Italian teams have an influx of cash due to new owners. Stop flimsily dismissing teams just because you're upset that your record signing doesn't want to play for you.

Years? He's only been there for two frikking seasons <doh>

But yeah, I'm definitely sure they've wanted to shift a player who got 25 goals in his first season and 31 in his second season...

What a deluded and arrogant piece of nonsense you just wrote, UiR.

Two of those sides in the 'Mickey Mouse' league progressed further in the CL than most/all of the English teams. Have a bit more respect.

Also it's standard of living. Where would you rather live, Manchester or Paris. I don't really think there is much comparison...
