Championship net spend table so far. Slightly skewed by genuinely undisclosed fees (Brentford & Charlton mainly).

How can a club spend -9.75 million? That means someone gave them 9.75 million to take the players away!

 

That's the net spend, as you know.

We didn't. One person's spend is another person's receipt. Our net £18.45m shows we've received that much more than we've spent. But you know that already.

 

A net spend is positive if you have spent money, negative if you have earned money. The table is incorrect and Hatem is correct.

 

When you take into account the wages saved as well, it's pretty handy.

 

The table is correct, it doesn't say whether its net spend or net receipts.

I may have been wrong by putting spend, but as I didn't specify who had spent the money then technically I'm right, if confusing. How many angels do you think can get on the top of a pin?

 

Are Brentford going to take our money or what? They don't want to sell either player to us by all accounts

 

Have a feeling the Arsenal lads will sway the signings of these two.
