Very true and actually we lost a few key players like Connolly/AG - even Motta.

Also needed to replace Ekstrand and Tozser for different reasons.

Funny thing is I remember people saying we weren't actually that good - promotion only down to the number of goals we've scored against the lesser sides etc.

Its probably because some of the players we've signed are very unknown.

I understand the they might need time to gel etc but like you suggest that could be said for any team.

Better to get them in now than really panic come the end of August.

I see that Rothes season hasn't got off to the best start in the Highland League. They lost 11-0 to Brora Rangers.

 

Some shocking refereeing decisions against Hearts this afternoon - how the referee missed a blatant hand off long the Jambo's keeper is beyond me.

 

4-3 Hearts. Never mind the quality, enjoy the entertainment....

Behrami is but will be booked a lot I suspect.

 

Live on the BBC football website right now is the AFC Bournemouth fans forum. Can someone please tell me why the BBC should cover such an event it is bordering on pathectic and certainly a complete waste of our license fee. I really would like a proper explanation for this.
