There's a rumour floating about on Facebook that it's Max Gradel. That would be a SERIOUS signing to add to Bowyer and Chops.

Gradel would be a top signing, Jewell says he was on the phone to Grayson the other day, would he have let that slip though after saying how important transfer secrecy is? Gradel would be very expensive would he not?
What's the difference between getting a text or a call from someone or them writing it on facebook? The thing that makes me believe it may be true is that there has been no link up to now, it's a hell of a random link for someone to make up out of the blue.
Yesterday it was Boyd, today it's Gradel, tomorrow Ishmael Miller. One day these rumours will be correct.
JWM knew about the Chopra thing a week before it happened. I knew about Bowyer a day before even TWTD got wind of it. Sometimes these things come off - but sometimes they don't - that's why it's important to be upfront about your sources. Why would Leeds people make this up? It also ties in with Jewell going for a wide man - what better wide man could we go for?
My point the principal that, if you throw enough darts at a fly, you'll eventually hit it. Someone who claimed to have inside info at the club also predicted Chopra, before it hit the papers he also had info it was Boyd. Yesterday Preston fans were convinced it was Treacy even stating the figure of 750K + a player on season long loan. Generally I don't believe people claiming to be 'in the know' until they have particular track record of getting it right, even then I would take it with a pinch of salt. BTW it's not meant to offend anyone who claims to have inside info but ive learnt to be cynical these past few years.
Zoomba - it's a really simple equation. I said it was a rumour on Facebook, therefore unlikely but possibly with some weight - maybe 5% chance. Last week someone told me that Paul Jewell himself had said the Bowyer deal was done - which it obviously was subject to the signature - so that's not throwing darts at flies!
