    So glad he's back. Often when someone gets promoted to Manager to hold things together, they just get sacked. Really happy he is back with a role in Development. :)

    I doubt even Alex Neil would have kept us up in the last few games against Fulham Liverpool Chelsea and Arsenal .
    Adams deserves some credit for us going up he layed the foundations.

    Adams proved glen roder wrong even if he wasn't as good as our current manager

    Roeder said Adams would never manage anything better than an under 10s team.

    If Roeder had said something like Adams would never become a good or successful manager, then that might have held water (albeit Adams was undeniably successful at U18s level).

    What people forget to mention is that Adams was actually brought back in to manage Norwich U14s by Roeder, after he said that...

    Jesus, this is the first time I've checked this post. after the first reply I assumed it got deleted. I'd have Neil back involved with our youth team. Hope that is his role
