There aren't enough big clubs to have a majority in any vote to change the way the TV money is distributed. The big five or six can't break away. In Spain things are going the other way with Barcelona and Real Madrid losing the right to negotiate their own separate TV deals.
I'm not sure about that, if Man United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City took a stand together the Premier League would be screwed, they only make up 25% of the league but in terms of attracting TV rights, especially from abroad they are probably responsible at least 75% of the revenue.
I've had this discussion with somebody else on Karoo with the same package and we both have the same experience, after about 4 hours of watching HD the picture quality goes, sometimes the streams stop altogether- maybe there is another term for it other than bandwidth throttling but thats what happens, maybe you know something we don't?
To add to that download speeds dwindle too from about 545kbs to 100 or less after 4 or 5 hours of constant downloading or streaming- it has to be bandwidth throttling unless I am using the wrong term for it
The way the PL was set up when it comes to setting policy each of the clubs has one vote. In the end the big clubs would be outvoted on any move on their part to trouser more of the cash. They could threaten to break away but the others could easily call their bluff. A five or six club league isn't feasible. Would UEFA even recognise such a league?
What I know is that there's absolutely nothing of the sort going on, regardless of what you call it. KC simply don't do that. I can't say what causes the problem you're seeing but whenever it's a dodgy stream you can't expect great quality or reliability.
You have too much faith in KC as I've experienced this in two properties, my friend in several going back a lot longer than me. Once you have got past a certain point the speed drops off dramatically, obviously they are not supposed or allowed to be able to do this but it looks like they do anyway, probably to keep a level service in certain areas. I just wish I could get Lightstream but have been waiting 4 years now with no hope of it coming yet
It's got **** all to do with faith, he worked there, if he says it doesn't happen, I think you can take it that it didn't happen.
I thought he might have done going on the replies, maybe it is their official policy for the customer service people to say that. My bro worked for KC until recently I need to ask him about it, could be the customer service are told one thing whereas something else actually happens
I've downgraded my BT Sport, not interested in European football......only had it for the MotoGP coverage but I'm not paying £5 a month for something I watch half a dozen times a year.....would rather spend the £60 on a better seat at the British round I can get it all on the laptop or tablet for free anyway
Get an openbox with 24mths free sky, BT sport, setanta , premier sport for 69 quid on Amazon , cheap as chips, pays for itself after 1 mth
a lot of it was your bandwidth ... as it auto corrects and with older browsers it will not auto adjust "on the fly" ... had the same problem myself .. upgraded to win 10 yesterday and seen it auto adjust quality to allow it to stream properly .. and before anyone says about my dl / ul speed .. its 95mb dl and 18mb ul , no matter your speed ,, you can suffer
I've never been able to tell the difference by very much. I record everything in standard now - except BT Sport which I get a free HD subscription but can't watch it on standard.
I think if you have a really good TV then its harder to notice, unfortunately us plebs with Polaroid 32 inchers from Asda can tell the difference when it's not HD so I have to get it for BT/SKY. Sky/BT shouldn't charge extra for HD, something else they rip people off with.
A couple of years ago I bought a new HD TV. So disappointed with the picture it provided, I was on the verge of sending it back. Then my wife suggested maybe it was time to have an eye test. Once I put some goggles on I realised it was my eyes that were defective, not the telly.
I've been looking today at the new 4K HD tv's just inside Curry's in prossy centre. The picture quality is simply stunning, breathtaking. Shame I can't afford one of the ****ers, and the miserable twats said I had to leave as you are not allowed to each chips watching it. ****s.
BT Sport must have spent more of my five pounds because they're showing a game from the Swiss league right now. The Swiss league!
