we will be using the poll here lol...but probably not quite as rigidly as once a month, there may be times in the season we'd want to use it more, purely because of all the activity, like in the transfer season

 

Of course the once a month was an aproximation ! Just lobbing an idea into the fire is all H

Only for significant events, take one soon after the recent transfer activity, then perhaps before the season starts, then end of the transfer window?

 

yep, sounds like a plan, and we can always add one if something drastic happens...though i hope it doesn't! lol

 

So, How long were you anticipating the need for a Bazometer surely it has to take in his whole reign! be it 5 months or 5 years! just to be fair to the guy lol! (still not sure about him) but he is doing well now after a rocky start!

 

well, i'm sure once we're all sure he's our saviour we won't need it anymore

I just thought that Bazometer had a certain ring to it, a bit like those things you see (used to see?) at fairgrounds. If you hit it hard enough it would ring a bell at the top.

 

that's how i visualised it too M Frenchie, but i can't find it ..and no need to apologise, i'm like a dog with a bone with things like this, and i enjoy the challenge lol...though we might have to live without the Bazometer

 

Go Hornette go I am positive you will find something to make a bazometer with!!

me too, lots. He seems very open and honest, and knows where he's aiming for. I'm liking it lots!

 

I am loving that he was the first to strip down to his shorts and jump in the sea. Leading from the from and by example as a manager should, im sure he would only make them do things he would be happy to do and nothing more.

 

he might make them do more...i'd almost expect he would! After all, he can't be great at everything lol...just most things
