One of my others is in that race Stick in Zand - my first call was Sennockian Star but changed to Zand as Fanning was on Sennockian last year but changes this time to Zand, who has also won on soft. I think one of us will have the winner however.

I am not overly confident tomorrow to be fair but have grouped a few together for fun, due to prices any two of five should show a profit or at least only a small loss.

What's your view on Ajman Bridge Stick? I have backed him one final time as I can't work out f he is a nearly horse who lacks a bit of toe in a finish to the line or has just been unlucky not to get his head in front more, and subsequently a cracking price tomorrow.

I like him a lot mate but I got to the point where I was thinking its tough to get one handicap winner at Goodwood, two is nigh impossible and three damn ridiculous! I think conditions will suit to a tee tomorrow and the yard historically like the race as does Johnston the first!

Seriously could you ever back a Steve Palmer tip after watching that? He has a problem!

Skybet doing money back if it finishes anywhere, max refund £25, only on your first bet though and win part.

Might just have £25 on it to win **** it, looks good and Atzeni's been in good form lately

don't think he is unintelligent, but has a 'problem' with his patience -the idea that you can go out and just win a shed of money when it suits is crackpot-yet that is what he attempted -his wife looks nervous.....

    reply regarding Mr Palmer !

funny in the bookies singing while his dog was leading , then it gets beat -but basically a loose cannon-- however much he wins , he'll give it back....

Morning, crew. Cor blimey this forum gets camper by the minute. Really can’t stop laughing!

Nothing for me today but as I said previously can’t wait to see the return of Oscara Dara at Worcester this eve. Do you know incidentally that Worcester was the first ever racecourse that I visited. And this will astound my regular readers they still haven’t put up a plaque to honour this fact!

9 non-runners at Goodwood today, at the time of writing, and there does seem to be an awful lot of uncertainty regarding how soft the ground actually is. I guess we won’t know for sure until after the card commencer. Will there be even more withdrawals once things become more clear?!?

Good luck to those who do punt.

    6.50 Galway- Unsinkable- 6/1

Looks a storming bet, Brendan bracken won this race a couple of years back and is the race again so keeps his stable mate low in the weights looks to be the number one horse for the stable on the race ! And from the looks of the runners it will be a quick run 1m which will suit him to a tee however if they go off slow which I don't expect them to bit you never know then he's screwed

Very happy with Master The World in the opener at Goodwood. Definitely on the upgrade at this trip which can't be said for most in the field, form very solid, Hughes rides Goodwood as well as anyone. Slightly worried about Zand as form hard to assess, but would be very surprised if Master The World finished outside of the top 4 so big each way bet for me. Good luck all

Beef Stew and dumplings. 9/10. If they would only cut the carrots thinner then a ‘10’ is perfectly achievable.
