    Havn't posted in a while but the excitement on the eve of our first fixture of the new season has urged me to press forward some queries.

    First of all the whole 'this is a ****hole I want to go home' buissness.
    I've never been much of a fan ( except for maybe Sunderland/London).
    I always preferred the original. I think its a bit unneccessary and perhaps a touch immature. It seems to be the modern version but I am aware quite a few clubs still sing the original.

    your views?

    Secondly I was wondering how many are expected down at Darlo tomorrow?
    I'm going with some mates and I'm hoping there'll be a decent atmosphere despite the fact its a pre-season game. Also any team news?

    More than 5000 seats available, NUFC sold out the allocation Darlo gave them, but you can still buy on the door.

    No team news, think we're expecting all the new signings to get run outs + Ben Arfa. Not sure how Gosling is doing but he might get some game time too as well as a lot of the youngsters.

    On the subject of ****holes been to the West Brom games for the last 3 years, been abit of a wierd tradition. But the place is an utter hole.

    Stoke was an absolute **** hole as well , first time I went there last season.

    The area around White Hart Lane can also safely be classified as a **** hole of the highest calibre...

    Yeah I've been for the last few years and to the FA Cup game. Living in Wolverhampton, and having lived in Oldbury (just outside West Brom) I can confirm it is a **** hole. The term 'third world' springs to mind when walking down the high street.

    The area's may need a bit of a spruce up but the local residents were really friendly people.

    In terms of football stadia, Birmingham and everton, pure dives. But the place I detest going to the most is Wigan. Nothing there. Every time I go we get beat. Never went last season and we won......so never going back.

    It's unbelievable really when you see the standard of top flight grounds these days. It's a shocking stadium.
