I listened to Radio Leeds today and they have more or less confirmed that Sharp is going to the Blades for a third time and I for one wish him well .I think this is just the beginning of what could turnout to be a big exodus I expect Ajose, Morrison, Wootton, Bianchi, sorry WJ ,Doukara Sloth as we can't seem to fit him in and to pay for our incoming new boys Byram to go as well No doubt I will get some stick later on we shall see
I hope anyone who is not going to feature leaves, as long as they are sold due to being surplus to requirements I haven't a problem with that. We haven't done enough in this transfer window so maybe freeing up a wage or two will allow us to bring someone else in.
Sloth if used correctly could turn out to be the big difference this season. I think Wootton will also be here, but if we're not using Ajose, Sharp, Morison and the duke, then they should go.
I agree with you on Sloth Doc, can't do same for Wootton though, I've always thought he was the weak link in our defence and only played cos Redders tried hard not to use Cellino's signings.
Can't see Byram leaving. Hope not anyway. Given his pre-season form, can also imagine Morrison staying. As for the rest, it would be a shame to see Ajose go, as I think we need wingers.... or have I missed something and we've got a couple of wingers lined?
I think he is just not up to it personally and have said so many times I simply think that if we are offering to buy some big signings we need income from sales
Just because Ajose is described as a winger on his cv, doesn't make him one Boggers. Enough coaches have looked at him and deemed him useless so no need to keep holding out hopes for him
Are we looking at big signings, I don't believe we are? Cellino said no to Drury and he was out of contract. Rosler has said he would like one more player but understands the club are working to a budget. I expect 2-3 to leave and if we are lucky one more to come in. My three to go would be the obvious ones in Sharp, Ajose and possibly someone like Dawson.
the timing of those going and what payoff we have to give them will also likely impact on what will be available to sign this mystery winger thats been arriving for the past four seasons
Boggers I only know what you know but I try and see what we need and what we could remove hence my list of 7'I like the look of Dakirwa and has he has asked for a transfer I think we will get him to replace Byram .'Murphy Jamie would be a good aquisition as we need pace and trickery I don't think we need Avenetti
Byram is very much used further forward now as a wide right midfielder/right winger. Darikwa is a right back, so why would we be replacing a player we are using in one position for a player that plays in a different position?
Sharp transfer confirmed last night, do we now have some extra cash available for a new player ourselves?....
Very good question so I will try and give you a reasonable answer Darikwa can play the same two roles basically and he will cost about 500k .I hope this answers you question Josh
