Yep, given that we sold our season tickets out pretty much before the last game of last seaon I don't think we'll have the same trouble.

How the **** is it our limit? 46,000 against you lot, 45,000 against villa, 45,000 against chelsea, Liverpool, arsenal, hull and Newcastle.

By the way, you will never get bigger support than us so have a nice day.

Yet still more fans attending games than Leicester <doh>

We didn't sell out for only 2 away games last season, what about you?

Most of them are ok on here mate, they can get a bit huffy when the argument goes against them but such is life.

We were filling 42k out every week with people queueing outside the ground to buy tickets from the touts. Look what happened when we extended it, we did fill it but that didn't last long. To fill that out now we would probably need to be consistently finishing in the top 10.

Leicesters support isn't as good as ours either so good luck to them with that one, I have a feeling they will need it <ok>

Why on earth on these Sunderland fans coming out of the woodwork and feeling the need to create a rivalry (never going to happen!) Seem a little defensive for some reason come on ladies its all good, its friday!!

Trouble with extending the ground is its great whilst in the top flight but drop down a division and you'll lose a fair few 'supporters' so rattling around in a 40,000 stadium with 27-30k looks a bit piss poor, the extra glory supporters will then sit back and watch sky.

    Bang on!

We were always selling out and then had 2 disastrous seasons in the premier league finishing on 19 and then 15pts, to think we have fought our way back from that, been in a lot of relegation scraps since we returned and we are still averaging over 43k at our matches. I'm proud of that <ok>

I maintain though we would need to be finishing consistently in the top half of the league to start selling out on a regular basis.

Because Fossel has been doing the rounds making enemies fella. Popping up all over the site. He started doing back end of last season biting at anybody who said anything negative about Leicester. Playing the form card on anybody who though you could still relegated or lose a game. He even invaded a prediction game to whine on, that's how invasive he was. He's attracting unneeded attention for you. To think he's a mod as well.

To be fair mate, the only time before today I posted on your board was the day we played at the end of the season wishing you well. You're a decent poster and I'm sure most of your lot are. It is good to have banter as we lost QPR and Hull (oops) but personally, I can't be dealing with petty insults and my club is bigger than your club blah blah. Much prefer the proper talk of the game etc. I'm sure there's 3 worse teams than both ours

Regarding this 'who's bigger thing' I've only retorted to defend my club. Something I've put into practice since your mod started doing it at the end of last season. Can't speak for the other lads though.

There is no rivalry you precious little things, it's called banter. Something we do with all the supporters of teams coming up to play, it's been going on for decades. Welcome to football <ok>

Every poster says that when they get caught out, like you just did. Look at what you originally wrote, hardly a fishing comment was it <ok>

good, I think we all enjoy that so for what it's worth, I apologise for my outburst on the other thread. It's good to have other fans on here as long as it doesn't decent to abuse. As for the upcoming game, anything other than 0-0 will be an improvement! My gut feeling is if we don't get a couple of midfielders we'll struggle but we're fairly strong now at both ends

Out of all the first round of games, this game stands out to me as having a draw wrote all over it...
