sorry to bring doom and gloom but if you rely on harrold to get your goals you will be dissapointed ,the man is a donkey who couldnt hit a barn door from 3 feet
I actually dont expect him to get too many games this season anyway. But when he does come on, he will be there to add a different style to the game, to hold the ball up and try to break the dead lock with his big head
i follow wycombe home and away and harrold is one of the worst strikers we have ever had,no disrespect meant but just dont expect too many goals from him.
harrold was not too bad,but his main problem was his shooting, he always used the corner flags as the goal posts. but put him on the pitch 3 or 4 times a week and your mower will not be needed again. i think you have a bargain, just put a flag of a gasometer on top of the goal posts, and eeyore will bang them in for a past time
matty h he is an absolute darling and i probably in all honesty like you believe he will help the gas to a top 3 position, now is that aggressive no just pre season banter. thanks rocky, a pity jenny! cannot add blob to this thread, now he would be a signing to savour!
We've got a few options, and I'm sure we won't have any problems scoring goals next season. I'm sure Harrold will get a good service and will get a few goals...possibly more than last season.
Having seen MH play for 45 mins last night I thought he did well - held the ball up and played in other team members - even laying the ball on for our second goal. It means we have different options up front from pass and move through to long ball to the front man. If last night is anything to go by we could be in for a good season! And as for PB - have a listen to his post match interview on Gas Player - he states we are going to attack this season - that suits me fine - roll on the good times - bring on the goals - bring back the crowd - the future is looking bright - the future is BLUE - up the Gas!
