We won't sign him purely because we have signed Mitrovic. He probably won't come here because I suspect he is Londoner at heart and won't want to leave.

Can't be any worse than the pressure of losing 7 in a row and sinking down the table after everyone said we couldn't be relegated

Aye I'd much prefer we'd done our usual, spent **** all and had a ready made excuse. That bastard Ashley, he's never happy unless he is pissing on our chips. No sooner have we got used to the badly treated fan caper, than he goes all ambitious on us. Selfish fat ****.

What are your expectations for little old Sunderland? Some seem to think Dick is the second coming, I'm not convinced myself. His managerial record is patchy and I didn't think he had you playing that well last season. The signings have been pretty uninspiring too aside from Lens who is decent player. How long do you think Kaboul will be fit before he pulls his first hammy? I heard he had to do a rendition of this as his initiation to the team...

It's options innit. He's probably got a marginally better chance of making the 2016 Euro squad if he's playing in the Prem, rather than the C'ship for you lot.

He's a good striker, but not that next level, I think Spurs would have signed him if it wasn't for Kane.

He seems a decent pro though, I don't think you'll get him spitting his dummy out if he has to do another season with you lot.

Fair points and he is an extremely decent pro.

Despite all the media nonsense about Newcastle, Villa etc he seems intent on staying in the South but the likely candidates such as West Ham don't seem too interested which really surprises me. I think Spurs should go in for him anyway personally.

Out of interest, does Ashley spending a few quid in this window change your opinions of him slightly?

Don't forget we have clean profit sat in the bank and £100m in sky money on its way.

We've also shipped out Raylor, mapou, Jonas and Santon so we have money from that and wages savings.

I think Mike may have been trimming the fat knowing he needed a bug overhaul.

Honestly don't think he trusted Pardew with the money.

Anyone that plays Mike Williamson ahead of a talent like Mbiwa, or the likes of Harewood ahead of Tevez shouldn't be trusted with a penny.

That tit Pardew even dropped Tevez and Mascherano in favour of nobodies at West Ham. The bloke is totally inept on every level.

I genuinely think they didn't trust him as well. I'm expecting Palace to be fighting against the drop, even though they have some quality players. Why? Because they have that tit as a manager.

If we go and get the reported 3 players needed, of course it does. You can't moan because of a lack of investment, then still moan when he does. Its not fickle, its just stupidity and being awkward.

Do I forgive him for the last few years? Nah I don't think there was any need for such a farce. I can stand the lack of investment to a certain degree, but the off the pitch stuff has been poor. They still have to show they are running it as a football club and respecting the club. The signs are good regarding transfers and credit where its due.

It changes it slightly, but there is a long way to go for most fans.
