Gustavo and John Cardew - thanks for your comments - they reflect what I was attempting to convey but some obviously don't appreciate debate ... although I think I fall short of 'invasion' Seem to have got Funky's goat because I happened to opine on the nature of prediction leagues on here towards the end of last season - wasn't meant as a criticism of the Sunderland one when I did it - more just an observation of such things - including our own - that our predictions for rivals or those engaged together in any contest (the relegation scrap) unitntentionally (perhaps) tend to colour their predictions with a drop of wishful thinking ...
It's okay mate, there's definitely been a trend in recent months whereby any opinion differing from the accepted one of a few "top-ranking" posters gets completely berated until the poster is chased away. You had the nerve to come on here, a football forum, and onto a thread about YOUR club, and start talking about football. You got what was coming to you

I don't think you are, you're yourself and deal with every poster in the exact same, brutal, ruthless way I like you and Billy as posters, you bring something no one else does. If, as you always say, you want more posters posting, maybe it's time you started defending new posters who get attacked for no reason?
