I'm sick of the **** way we've been treating youngsters at this club over the last decade or so.

We have a fantastic opportunity with Aarons and Perez, lets bring them in slowly, not put too much pressure on them, and hopefully see what we can make out of both of them

Perez got 7 goals last season, which is fantastic for a number 10 who was relied on to play up front on his own sometimes.

Aarons always seems to make impact when he comes on. I hope we really watch his fitness.

We should never be in a position where we need these lads to win us something. They should be seen as subs for now, and let them grow into first team regulars.

We have a terrible record of rushing players back from fitness. We need a better medical staff.

Im not entirely sure how many games Aarons has been involved in but, he scored against Shalke last preseason, then he near enough got two against WBA, but Mike Willo knicked one that was already going in, he scored against city, banged two in against portland, that Overhead kick and strike from 20 years were sublime, his also scored a couple for the england u20's

We see players like this come into the prem so often, Skinny, fast skilful like townsend, walcott, lennon, sterling, but one thing has been said about all of these, no end product.

Aarons doing have one stand out attribute like some of the above mentioned players, he has a mixture of the lot and more importantly, he has an end product, his crossing is immense and his finishing it quality for a winger. I really think if he stays fit and really performs like he can, he will be playing for england in the not so distant future and we will be collecting £49m off of city for him

I'm hopeful that Mac is the man to bring the kids on.

I think MA looks at Aarons, turns around and sees Sterling, looks again at Aarons, turns around again to see £49M for Sterling, looks at Aarons and goes "Cher-ching"

Pretty sure Aarons will be starting 11 this season. It's up Cabella and Obertan to try to get in the team.

I think Aarons will probably be starting 11 but they will look to manage his game time to ensure he stays fit. He has had a long layoff, but worked all through the summer on his fitness off his own back. The kid clearly has the ability, it appears he may also have the attitude.

Right, a combination not common nowadays. What do we do though? We need to show ambition just to keep him. I hope he sees our money spent as ambition. There is going to be quite a few big earners in the team now.... If we wait too long on him and he shines, he may not sign a new deal. Gotta show faith in the kid, pay him big on a performance based contract, and hope he produces.

Once mbemba is signed up. Getting Perez and Aarons deals needs to be priority. These two could be stars here for 10 years if we play our cards right.

I think we get the next two or three signings in, and then tie the young stars up ASAP. Strike while the irons hot. These players will chomping at the bit to sign with what is happening at the club. Its not just prospective incoming players who will be attracted by this new found ambition, but also those with promise on the books.

The likes of Aarons, Perez, Janmaat, Sissoko, Krul who are fancied by other clubs, will be thinking "Why go anywhere else at the minute, something could be happening here" 2 or 3 more signings of this kind of nature and we'll have spent the thick end of 50m. There will some offloading required but that is good investment levels for any club outside the top echelon.
