Sabi hugging the right touchline, through balls to crossing position time and again. Pressing game leaving big holes behind at left back, first time it happens in the middle we're shafted.

The one that went in the net. For the record, I'd keep Moro this season as third choice striker. Better player than Doukara.

On what do you base that? Doukra was scoring for fun until Redders replaced him with that clown Morison.

Only looks remotely interesting when we play through Byram - which is about the only tactic we've employed.

I agree Doukara got some goals, I think scoring for fun is an exaggeration. He couldn't hold up the ball, his passing was crap, his movement was average and his best attribute appeared to be finishing. However, I can't help but feel he was somewhat lucky with a lot of them goals when watching them back.

Morrison's goal scoring record is woeful but I find his link up play quite nice and tidy - and for a third choice in the Championship he's not at all a bad option.

Frankfurt showing their quality, we should be 3-1 down on balance but we're showing some nice glimpses going forward too. Quick one-twos will be a problem, and we won't get the step up right at the back every time either. Think we might see Erwin or Antenucci second half?

Yes, Doukara's 13 career goals to date is an impressive stat - 0nly 176 behind woeful Morison <laugh>

But with 10 years or so to go to easily surpass that. I'm sure it's not escaped your notice that there's a good 10 years or so in age difference.

'For fun' was indeed an exaggeration, and I trust 'some goals' was too! He played best in a 4-3-3, coming in from the left. I would hazard a guess that he's more qualified to play there than Sloth! I also suggest that you look at Doukara's stats. I can't see how you can attribute hi with 'crap' passing.

Can I remind you of the Gary Player phrase 'the more I practice, the luckier I get'.

Evening all, just back from work.

Seems disjointed, and it shows we do not have a left winger

    CREW CREW CREW

Doukara is a donkey Jock IMO, he scored a few goals at the start but was useless after that. He can't jump and head a ball either.

He was only useless 'cos he got played out of position, Shaks. He's not a midfielder, but somehow our coaches thought he should play there. <doh>
