We could argue all day about who is slightly better. To imply Wijnaldum is on a different level to Lens is sheer nonsense and typical of NUFC.
"Typical nonsense" may be a bit harsh. They are different type of players though so direct comparisons would be pretty fruitless.
I couldn't compare Lens with Wijnaldum because I've not seen anywhere near enough of Lens to pass judgment on him. The two are probably way better than what you already had mind, that's the only thing worth bringing up at this point without either of them playing a minute of PL football. I have watched Wijnaldum a lot, he is the real deal I reckon, a player who will be an asset to Newcastle this season, he's got more fight in him than all them frogs combined.

The whole French thing is a myth nowadays, the French experiment was abandoned some time ago. Wijnaldum though is the real deal, you're right. Can't evisage him being our player in 24 months.
