Morning Elland, another quiet day on here today, and not sure how relevant tonights match will be. Yes he may want to try a certain line-up but that is goosed with his main striker maybe not fit. He also likes Murphy who isn't fit, but he should have tried a few formations and tactics out with the rest of the lads. If we get hammered no problem, if we win nothing to get exited about so lets not get too over the top if we get a result, or start jumping in front of trains if we get beat. Any more news on players leaving?

You keep going on about this but I just don't see how anyone can say this is true with such confidence. This season has clearly been different. But then even last season we had 3 managers who were completely useless at setting up teams, each of whom used different players in their systems. How does that point to Cellino picking the players? The only thing that remained faintly similar was formation, but what sort of person falls in love with a formation so much so that he demands it be used by the manager regardless of whether we have the players to fit it and while it clearly isn't working. More than likely, we had 3 **** managers who had no idea what they were doing (which we knew before each appointment anyway).

Shame about Wood but guess it gives Morison one last chance to show he cares enough to put in a really big shift to impress Rosler. Cellino has been in football for 20+ years. Why on earth do you think he will have suddenly changed his methods... he thinks they work... The next time he forgets to take his meds and throws an "look at me" tantrum we will be looking for a new coach and loads of the staff will find themselves abused in the press, and will be suing us when he tries to wriggle out of payijng them off properly. Someone bookmark this please!
Going to put a downer on this guys because even though I've been fairly optimistic about our chances this season, I just feel that there's a hell of a lot of talent being signed up in the Championship this summer. Players of a higher calibre than we've been signing, on paper anyway. Parachute money is still a big part of it as can be seen at QPR who have just signed their 6th player. Be interesting to see the bookies odds when the analysis has been done regarding squads
ALF is one of those players that we now seem to get linked with every window. Is that just because Dopnut liked him and did try to bring him in. He is a specialist player and doesnt seem to have managed to have held down a regular position in the team. Do we really need a player like that? Would anyone be happy to see him join us? Would anyone see him as a marque signing, or as a real statement of intent?

Morning all, think we are in for a whipping tonight but i'm not bothered as its pre-season. Still think we are a few players short of a top 6 finish. Mid table at best at the moment, but lets hope Rosler can work some magic and improve on that.
Morning to one and all. I mentioned Le Fondre yesterday and still think he would be useful as a striker. Millwallsteve said Cardiff wanted £500K for him. Do we have the money ? If not, we are going nowhere. No goals mean no chance of promotion. Do we have enough strength in that area.?
