Uncle Ben would be a good manager. I know it might go against the grain but he would deliver perfect results every time!
Of course he will, he has been applying for jobs, that include northern clubs, Leeds wouldn't pay him the package he was asking for, but they was close
I do think we need a change . Tactics and team selection have been poor for a long time and Bruces record since Christmas was abysmal. Only negative for me if he goes is that Elmo would probably go too. I thought Brownie did a good job working wirh a much inferior squad when we first got promoted and wouldn't mind seeing him back, although now he's got Southend into Div.1 he'll probably stay there, but maybe we could tempt him with a better contract. Bruce may have until Christmas but if we're not challenging for a Top-6 place by then I'd say he'll definitely be gone.
That street really needs a car like that, don't you think? I'm nominating that there street for **** of the month !
Id replace Steve with me. Beyond myself Klinsmann would be my number 1 choice, no chance he comes here though. Bob Bradley would be my number 2.
I read somewhere Bruce is having a talk with the owner about funds for players..If no cash is forthcoming he is off. Did not SB spend lots last summer and you have sold some now...so where has that cash gone?
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/steve-bruce-issues-hull-quit-6105074 he's doing his best to get the sack - and get compo
Bruce in. But if he goes i wouldnt mind Nigel Pearson... Though 99% sure that wont happen. If Steve Bruce walks then theres no money to spend and we are in the ****. Just my opinion of course
Just as I opened this thread Van Morrison, baby please don't go was playing! For me I'd go with young Clough! I've said it for the last few years, whether he'd come or not is debatable but I like him!
This thread is about Bruce going of his own accord. It'd be a big negative because it'd mean he has come to the conclusion the Allams won't fund a promotion push.
which would also mean that Ehab lied in order to persuade fans to buy a season pass at a higher price
i've a question. how are people pronouncing "sir steve"? there was a very bad thing when steve redgrave got knighted. some media ******s had trouble with the "sir" bit. instead of saying "sir" and then saying "steve", they smashed them into each other and called him "s-steve", a bit like the word suspicion or phil collins's sususudio nonsense. so if anyone is pronouncing sir steve bruce and not giving the title full value, i want to know, and i'm going to come round and stick darning needles in people's tongues until they start saying it right. anyone got a big box of darning needles?
