Have Spurs bis 12 million to Burnley for him, even though they can't sell him? That might liven the debate up a bit.
I think Comedian is a lose term to use in this case Can't stand the guy but that was quite funny to be fair
It's not a stage name A stage name is one you become known as full time....this twat isn't Lee Nelson when he goes home for his tea wtf lads?? Nice stunt though....
lol, funny comment on it: "What FIFA need is some sort of fifth official to stand behind their boardroom meetings and watch proceedings with great intensity, and then do nothing"
On the stunt itself, great stuff Whoever said this needs to be done (I forget following the 2 pages of bollox I've just had to go through) is spot on. More of the same so the **** knows it's not going to go away. The best bit about that was what followed. The total confusion, the way he walked back and forth in a daze. Well worth doing
Cliff Richards - seeing as he's been used as the example - isn't called Cliff when he goes home for his tea either, nor is Vic Reeves called Vic at home and without looking it up do you know his real name? People like Vic Reeves and Lee Nelson broke onto the scene as their characters and so are known by those names and that's the difference between people 'playing' characters and [sort of actually] 'being' those characters.
Aye, I wouldnt call him A-list by any means. But he has his own TV show on BBC3, Lee Nelson's Well Good show. Watched it a couple times, he plays some Chavvy character, its not very good imo
Doesnt matter if Cliff Richard is his real name, No matter what he is called he is still him. He doesn't pretend to be someone else, or act out a different persona. He doesn't PLAY anybody, he is just himself, but with a cooler sounding name to sell more records. When Sacha Baron Coen plays Borat, he changes, aswell as his name, his accent, his clothes, his attitude and his whole persona. Same with Leigh Francis when he does Keith Lemon, and this guy Simon whatever when he is Lee Nelson. The name is irrelevant, they are acting/pretending to be a different person when in character, so they are playing them.
