I got a reply from David Lee. Giving nowt away! @HullCityLive Robbie Brady is a very very good player!
Think that would depend on how much we offered, which would be based on how well he did during a loan spell
I think the pattern developing is that Man U don't mind letting their youngsters go on perms to smaller clubs but they will have buy-back clauses at relatively cheap prices meaning they can have them back when they want.
I'm pretty sure we wouldn't go straight in with a permanent bid even if we wanted him permanently. Loans for these type of youngsters (more attack minded players) seems to be the test and then we judge if they fit in our team. Take the Man U boys Evans & Stewart, they played well and we signed them up. Amoo & Akpan didn't fit the bill so we didn't pursue our interest with permanent bids.
Well based on what I think, we will not know whether to move for him permanently until January so no point asking the question in july
Looking at the money Man Utd are spending they may need to. Maybe ? Anyone seen the Forbes report. Its shows who the richest sporting clubs are in the World. Guess who is tops ? Yes its MANCHESTER UNITD are 1st. They are worth 1.17 billion pds. 2nd was the Dallas Cowboys NFL. 1.14 billion pds. Arsenal were 7th and worth 767 million pds. In fact the top were dominated by American teams except that Real Madrid were 5th and Barcelona(best football club) only 26th in the list. Whats Man utds overall debt now i wonder ?
