I was just about to put that Torres picture up Bozz! Anybody else seen the bloke on the far right corner in that Torres picture? Just clapping him by the looks of it!
Anyone think the guy in the middle is a mix of Theo Walcott's forehead and Tyrone off Coronation street
This is the last ever England game I went to see. I never have been a big fan of England, I went to the World Cup in 98 but only because it was in France. This game however was very special and I'll always remember it. It also showed the pathetic attitude of the England fans who had booed Beckham and burned his effigy after the Argentina game. Suddenly he was the countries new hero and saviour. Such fickle people. It was especially good as a United fan that he did it at Old Trafford too..
it wasn't just his goal in that game it was his attitude, he was like a man possessed, he dragged that england team kicking and screaming through that game and being in a pub surrounded by Liverpool & Arsenal fans we just sat there slack-jawed watching him show everyone why he was the man. I'm still a massive Beckham fan and I even have an england shirt with number 7 on the back (he was at madrid when I got it)
I don't have my glasses today (I forgot them) so i'm basically touch typing so i'm shortening everything... I wish I'd have just written beckham now as i've just spent more time explaining myself then if i'd have just typed the wextra couple of letters
