19 Jul 2015 00:29:43 Bristol City hope to conclude the signings of Alan Judge, Sam Morsey, Harry Maguire and Gary Hooper (loan) this week. All deals are close to happening although some may not be concluded as quickly. They have also enquired after Gillingham duo John Egan and Bradley Dack.
Perhaps they can all sign their contracts 5 minutes before kick-off at Sheff Wed. Clearly nobody considers rebuilding a new squad for the challenge ahead a massive priority and it seems that it's all being done without so much as a whimper. Hope it works.
Bolton fans are trying to raise £500,000 to sign Adam Levine fonder who says he has no future at cardiff (source match of the day facebook) Surely a potential signing for cotts?
At least Adam is a name I have heard of before but I always get a bit of a wobbly about players who have been told they do not have a future at their current club. Perhaps we could sign both Adam and someone called Nicky on the cheap. Have a feeling that the aforementioned wants to head north and would squirm at staying in the south, but that could be his problem and not ours.
Old rumours but something to read.... 19 Jul 2015 00:29:43 Bristol City hope to conclude the signings of Alan Judge, Sam Morsey, Harry Maguire and Gary Hooper (loan) this week. Blackpool, Coventry and MK Dons have also shown interest in the free agent.
The Greg Cunningham to PNE rumour is gathering pace. If true it fills me with confidence that we have players lined up. Of course it could be misplaced confidence
A squad player for us last season - the last of the relegated Championship side to go Started his City career well, but was never quite the same after that injury Hope he does well for Preston
Seems to me we have players lined up,i would be very surprised if we let a player go when we have the smallest squad in the division. he was never going to make the first eleven here unless injury's affect us.
"On 5 July 2012, Cunningham signed a four-year contract at Bristol City" So has another year left on his contract - small fee probably then
Back from 2 weeks holiday. Great to see that we have a new striker but amazed that no one else has come in and also that Fielding is currently injured. Sure that SC has things under control and that there will be announcements soon
