DL deemed it banter. It took a long while for DL to even warn him and strangely, since cpofl has gone, DL is rarely seen
I've been raped and I loved it, she was blonde, tall, looked a bit like Kate Upton I was saying no but she wouldnt't stop.
Tbf you have to be honest here. At first I thought M.E.N. had worded his post badly rather than the way it read (thought he meant liars who cry rape) but when I read it again, I think he meant how it reads and it's in really poor taste. And I have to say it's not the first time he's done it. You have to call ppl up on this regardless of who they support.
Looks like United are playing hardball and wont let De Gea leave unless its a swap for Ramos. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33568804 Respect this stance, rather let him leave for free than give in to Madrid, for too long Real have been able to bully other clubs into handing over their best players. Kudos to United for telling them to **** off.
No point selling to Real for £13million. We'd have to pay similar or more to bring in another keeper and their wages would be higher than De Gea's who is on £60k a week. Let him run his contract down, we get a world class keeper on average wages for another season. He can go for free next summer and we sign another keeper who will have one year less on his contract than he does now. Of course given that Real will be a post Benitez car crash in a year's time De Gea may have second thoughts!
Good points. We'd get as much value keeping him than cashing in for relative peanuts. Is the 25 million what Real are supposed to have offered? First I've heard if so. Benitez will inevitably **** up though so should we have a good season he might well stay anyway. Otherwise we get another keeper, ten million tops. How many very expensive goalkeepers are there? Very few.
He's worth at least £25m in today's market. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33568804 But I would applaud united for keeping DG for another year as £13m is derisory and that extra year could be worth much more for United.
The other thing is, as you have pointed out, a decent replacement would cost at least £8m + anyway, maybe £10m or more. And its not like United need the cash desperately, if De Gea is the difference between a CL place and no CL place next season, he will have paid for himself. Also, as pointed out, he is on 60k a week. You wont get another world class Keeper on those wages, so thats money saved on wages too. Keeping him another season, sticking it to Madrid, and hoping that Rafa ****s up (Hint: He will) and De Gea may even change his mind and you get to keep a great keeper. Deffo think United are doing the right thing here.
When he sees the Madrid circus this season he will change his mind. Madrid have done everything in their power to put him off. Appointed Rafa, disgracefully treated a club legend, fans im revolt and signed Casillas minus the S. If he does eventually go, good luck to him. Few really enjoy it, even legends and greats. One day their faux aura will be gone.
What's with all the "change his mind"? He has never said he wants to go anywhere, only papers have guessed at that because he is Spanish. He was brought up at Atletco, maybe he hates Real and would never consider going there?
I bet not soon after the season kicks off De Gea will sign a new contract, what ya reckon? Even if he is leaving, he will probably want to earn more money this season than 60k per week. Thats the only reason I am thinking he wants to leave, he would have signed a new contract this summer otherwise. But if he is staying at United, he wont want to be on 60k per week, so i can see him signing. Then if he does want to leave United can get a proper fee for him too. Wouldn't surprise me
