So how many changes do you think football, the most watched, popular sport in the world, needs to evolve? Will Hull City changing its name to Hull Tigers take it to new heights? How many other clubs are considering changing their name?
Well OLM if that's the case then your marketing sucks. I don't know anyone who doesn't think HCST is Anti Allam. You could clear it up once and for all by asking all committee members to respond to a simple question such as "would you prefer the Allam family to continue owning and running the club?" No caveats, no ifs or buts, just that simple yes or no question. You could post the results as a nice little blog. Will you? Of course not. Some things are better left unsaid.
The thought of a simple question that puts to bed claims and counter claims over the ownership of our club bothers you. Not surpring. No one tells you lot how to do anything do they?
Or ask if they would prefer the Allam's family to continue running the club but as rational human beings. Yes or no, do you want to change the name to Hull Tigers? Have you met one single person who has said they wished the name of the club would change?
Everyone you know apparently didn't care about a name change and think that HCST hold a minority view, you're information is wildly inaccurate on most topics. HCST has never been Allam-out and that remains the case, if you wish to pretend otherwise, that's entirely up to you.
Still wanting to dictate conditions whilst avoiding a simple yes or no question. While moaning about others doing the same. Not a huge surprise. Also not a huge surprise in the other 2 responses along with avoidance of asking the committee to be honest.
The most recent statement from the committee(less than a week ago) - "This is a real opportunity for Assem and Ehab Allam to rebuild their relationship with supporters and to start seeing Hull City fans as passionate friends that sustain the club, not unwanted guests at a private party. Should the owners do so, HCST would welcome the chance to engage positively with them and help our club move forward – with ambition and tradition." That's position of the Hull City Supporters' Trust, you may desperately want that statement not be true, but I'm afraid it is and nobody is avoiding anything.
I love the irony of someone who's every post is playing the poor victim card more than a scouser is calling someone else whiny.
And the supporters group did **** all for fans affected, because they were tired. . Luckily, rather than just whine, we resolved it to a fashion despite them. **** me, you really don't want to get me writing a list of your whines, it'd fill the pages up.
Is that all the comittee members that look like caricatures of captain Mainwaring ? Seems strange they've still not posted pics of them self's !!
