Both Bean & Redders have claimed to be Leeds lovers, but with these tweets from Bean causing more controversy, and the suspicion of Redfearn trying to use blackmail in his separation dicussions with the club, cn they really claim to love Leeds. Or are they more interested in their own hurt feelings? http://www.insidefutbol.com/2015/07...laims-former-leeds-united-consultant/222756/? Massimo Cellino Could Have Breached Ban, Neil Redfearn Texts Key Claims Former Leeds United Consultant Former Leeds United consultant Graham Bean says that text messages the club's former head coach Neil Redfearn has could land owner Massimo Cellino in hot water with the Football Association and the Football League. Controversial Italian businessman Cellino had to stand down as the relevant person at Leeds for a portion of last season due to failing the Football League's owners' and directors' test. He was expected not to have any contact over footballing matters with Redfearn, who at the time was head coach. But Bean, who was himself sacked by Cellino last season after operating as a consultant for the Whites, claims that Redfearn has texts which place the Italian "in potential breach of his ban". Bean took to Twitter to write: "Texts in existence which puts MC in potential breach of his ban – FA and FL will be interested to see them." The implications of breaking the Football League's ban could be serious for Cellino, who has since returned to his post of chairman at Elland Road. A former owner of Italian side Cagliari, Cellino is now on his fifth Leeds manager in the little over a year that he has owned the Yorkshire giants. Already a section of the club's fans have turned against him and there is some discontent over his running of the club. please log in to view this image
This Bean clown is really beginning to irritate me. He's in danger of jeopardising a lot of good work that has gone on so far this season.
Exactly this, not sure about the Bean guy but they obviously have a grievance and strong dislike for Cellino, if they have anything on him I don't blame them if I am honest.
Malky Mackay and Iain Moody face no FA action over texts Former Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay and head of recruitment Iain Moody will face no action over allegations they shared racist and sexist texts. The Football Association said it had carried out a "thorough" investigation into the language used in the messages. It found "the communications were sent with a legitimate expectation of privacy". But both men have been spoken to "about the inappropriateness of terms used in the messages". The FA added in a statement: "To date, the FA's policy in cases such as this has been to not bring charges in respect of private communications sent with a legitimate expectation of privacy." (unless it concerns Leeds Utd) In the 11-month investigation, 27 witnesses were spoken to by the FA, which said the process was delayed by "serious concerns" over "the circumstances in which particular evidence provided to the FA had been given". "The nature of these concerns, which the FA treats with the utmost seriousness, has necessitated significant further inquiries by the FA and the liaison with external law enforcement agencies," it said. The board of Cardiff City will discuss the FA ruling at a scheduled meeting on Friday. A senior club official told BBC Wales: "We will not make a statement until we have considered the matter fully." However anti-discrimination group Kick It Out was critical of the decision. Mackay, 43, was sacked as Bluebirds boss in December 2013 when they were just outside the Premier League relegation zone. The following August, Cardiff alleged Mackay sent "sexist, racist and homophobic" text messages during his time as their manager. Similar claims were also made against Moody, who had been dismissed by the club for an alleged £15m transfer overspend, which he denied. Moody left his post as Crystal Palace sporting director shortly after the allegations were made. Mackay admitted sending offensive messages and apologised, adding he was not racist, sexist, homophobic or anti-Semitic. He was appointed Wigan Athletic manager in November 2014, despite the club being urged to reconsider by campaigners who cited the FA investigation into the text messages. Mackay was sacked by Wigan in April following a string of poor results. Just a month earlier, Cardiff said they had submitted more evidence to the FA related to the text inquiry.
???????? How does the racist sweattie bear any comparison to the bent Italian mad mans situation if he was acting in breach of the fl sanctioned ban from being involved in the running of lufc. Many here thought the dickhead would be secretly still in charge and were pleased he was getting one over the fl. Ristac and I know the thick **** wouldn't be capable of covering his tracks if he was. If it's true I hope they ban this clown for life.
The only evidence is from texts Cellino had sent to Redfearn. All Cellino needs to say is that the texts were "private communications sent with a legitimate expectation of privacy."
Redfearn not even allowed to speak to Academy staff to start pre season planning unless he signed totally unacceptable contract. Pearson at centre of it all sending Redfearn texts inappropriate telling him it "was going to be a long year" to pressurise him Pearson attended meeting with Redfearn advisor and refused to shake his hand and left within 2 minutes.
I wanted them both out. One down, one to go. Cellinos antics have made us even more of a laughing stock than Bates and GFH. He is an embarrassment and I wouldn't care if he won us the prem next season, there is a way to behave in how you deal with people. This clown has no class. However it happens I want him gone.
I think the silence from the club actually indicates that they are the ones behaving in a dignified and professional way. Bleating in public fits neither category as far as I can see.
What else can an individual do against a whole company. There is too much smoke from too many chimneys for there to be no truth about what Cellinos business mode involves....
