Any maths’ whizzos on here able to create a formula that expresses the likelihood of Bernard Noble being 'phoned' by Ben?
Its a percentage. The answer is zero. The question should be rephrased: was a person in Cheshire who complained to the OSC phoned by Bernard Noble? The answer is 100%. Whether the person in Cheshire is Ben, only he will know the answer.
I still don't get it, tbh. Surely that wasn't meant to be the whole statement? Was it meant to be directing people to an updated version of an earlier statement somewhere? If so, it failed.
I don't know how we'd figure out a value for Ben's likelihood to want to contact Bernard Noble, but knowing he did (via email) I pressed post by accident and my phone crashed as I'd just about finished it via edit. That's as much as you're getting.
