We don't feel he could add anything to the current sqad.

It would be unfair to the lad to leave him sitting on the bench

Messi wouldn't fit into the team I'm afraid - Cole can play that position anyway.

The above comments are the reason I am so proud to be a Liverpool fan! I love you guys!

On topic: I think Higuain would be our starting striker, Carroll would be on the bench. Whatever you guys say, you cannot deny Higuain is the better striker!

And I bet he's never been to a Boyzone gig. Why, the man's a Philistine.

Carroll would never ever get a start if Higuain joined you lot.

    Higuain>****>Carroll

He wouldn't need a start Carrolls faster than him.

Everything else Higuain is better at though.

Ones a proven top class striker who is the best striker at Real Madrid...

The others a over priced guy who needs a haircut.

No contest on this one. If carroll was still at Newcastle today and you were linked with both I am sure you would agree.

Kezman also had similar stats and look what happened to him!

In relation to the article, I would definately have him. Top player.

    Unlikely though.

I see suarez as a 15 goal man with 5 of those goals being sublime efforts that win us games we would never have won for the last few years. I see his all round contribution being immense though, just hope he doesn't have a hangover from the Copa which i have to say i think he will.

Carroll has to be a good bet for 20+. Adam's set pieces will give him 5/6 directly i think.

Do you honestly think hinguain who when fit last season was in real madrids first time would be back up for liverpool? honestly, not only is he better than both carrol and suarez ( and im not hating i really like suarez ), as he can finish very effectivally, far more effectivally than those two, admitly suarez is much more skillful and can tear apart a defence better than higuin, but its goals that matter and higuain will gurantee you that.

Also he doesnt suit your style of play and he would never play back up, so tbh this story is complete bs.

Yes he did, but dont forget ronaldo was injured for like 4 months, and his goalscoring record is alot better than higuains ( better than most though )

and higuain is a class striker, much much much better than carrol

    just for peoples info

Higuains goalscoring record for real madrid is

166 games 77 goals, considering hes only 23 thats quite a record.

but ronlados is quite alot better

    89 games 86 goals.

But anyways thats completly besides the point

the point is i highly doubt he'll join, and i dont think anyone really expects him to.

Also the person that mentioned suarez goalscoring record for ajax, we all know he can score, but do you remember alves? played for middlesborough? go look up his goalscoring record in the dutch league, how did he do in the premier league?

thats not to say i think suarez will mess up, i highly doubt he will.

P.S sorry for double posting :(

Suarez and Carroll were I am sure told they were for the first 11. Siging that guy from Madrid would be saying different now wouldn't it. Can do without that ego bollox too. Other areas please, we could offer barca a half eaten samdwich and a glasgow kiss from kenny for Messi Xavi and Inestia.:)

Please look at my other comments, I was obviously being sarcastic. He's not someone I see coming to Liverpool.

Well, it seems there's a big gulf in talent between Ajax and the rest of the dutch league. Mainly those who come out of the Ajax academy, or play well for Ajax end up playing well for other teams. It's teams like PSV, Twente etc.. that give out the flops.
