Matchday ticket prices for the Tigers’ 2015/16 Sky Bet Championship campaign have now been confirmed. Matchday ticket prices for the Tigers’ 2015/16 Sky Bet Championship campaign have now been confirmed - and the good news for fans is is that it will cost less to watch Steve Bruce’s side in action at the KC Stadium this term. The Club will once again operate a three-tier (Category A, Category B & Category C) pricing structure during the 2015/16 season with prices now banded for 19-22 year-olds, 13-18 year-olds and Under-13s (previously 16-22, 11-15 and Under-10s). Another change to our pricing structure ahead of the forthcoming campaign will see different prices introduced for each stand in order to maximise the value of purchasing a Season Card. Prices have been reduced in every stand as we continue to make football affordable for the next generation of fans with the cost of a ticket for Under-13s and 13-18-year-olds starting at just £3 and £6 respectively. There are also savings for adults as well, with Category A games coming down by a minimum of £14 and cheaper tickets for Category B fixtures also on offer. However, the biggest savings of all continue to be made by Season Card holders, with adult pass holders saving up to £99 in comparison to the cost of matchday tickets. Due to demand, Season Cards will be going back on sale for a third phase in the near future (with no price increase from the previous phase). More details will be available next week. The below prices are applicable to all home Championship matches during the 2015/16 campaign. Category A Fixtures West East North South Adult £36 £33 £33 £30 Senior (65+) £27 £24 £24 £21 19-22 £27 £24 £24 £21 13-18 £18 £18 £18 £15 Under-13 £12 £12 £12 £9 Category B Fixtures West East North South Adult £30 £27 £27 £27 Senior (65+) £21 £18 £18 £15 19-22 £21 £18 £18 £15 13-18 £15 £15 £15 £12 Under-13s £9 £9 £9 £6 Category C Fixtures West East North South Adult £27 £24 £24 £21 Senior (65+) £15 £12 £12 £9 19-22 £15 £12 £12 £9 13-18 £9 £9 £9 £6 Under-13 £6 £6 £6 £3 http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/...es-confirmed-2551027.aspx#7eq0yWm9LvWVG8c2.99
Most expensive ticket for me (until February) is £18. Not bad really but I still can't believe how expensive those Wednesday away tickets are.
I look forward to the HCST presser praising the club for reducing ticket prices and encouraging younguns.
We've already praised them for the kids season pass prices, whilst criticising them for the adult ones, the matchday prices are no different. No championship football match should be £36 a ticket, never mind the ridiculous prices the Wendies are charging. These prices only tell half the story, in our usual crappy manner, we give category prices without announcing what games are in each category, so it's not possible to calculate the average price of a matchday ticket. There could be 17 Cat A games for all we know.
I think they're very expensive. Very, very in fact. It's going to be an extended adios from this club for me. Adult prices are high across the board.
How the **** can you have cat A games in the championship? I'll continue to boycott until the Allams have gone.
Oh hang on I see the £6 ones now. You seem to have missed off the last bit of the story with the £3 ones in OLM.
they say prices have been reduced in all stands but they haven't technically as a cat C game is more expensive for an adult in the championship then it was in the premier league!! Yes the Cat A prices have dropped but the Cat C have gone up to compensate for that. Also Last season there was 5/6 Cat A games (i may be wrong) but this season there could be more, they are blatantly trying to hide the fact that the money the club brings in could actually be about the same as last season even though were a league lower. Robbing S**** although they aren't the only ones ala the Wendies!
Actually I am impressed with the £3 tickets for the under 13's, depending on how many cat C games there will be. Fair play to the club for that
exactly and with the cat c prices upped.. it's more expensive anyway isin't it? how much are the passes, west stand is £650?
Well yeah, obviously. But don't you agree that £3 is doable for most adults? Assuming the adult can afford his/her own ticket.
The kids ticket prices are good, there's no issue with them, it's only the adult prices(both pass and matchday) that are too high. One really stupid thing with the matchday prices is making the 13-22 tickets cheaper in the South than the North. The North was moved with the intention of making it the signing section, so why the hell have a financial penalty for the young(and often noisiest) fans who want to go in there?
The hooligans are in the North stand and they'll be the bastards who opposed the name change, so it's only natural they should pay more. Goes without saying...
