You are the only sado on here who sits by Sky Sports Transfer Updates 24 hours a day pressing F5 until your fingers bleed. Nobody cares if we don't sign Sneijder but you. If we do great, if we don't our side is strong enough to win the league anyway, if we do it still probably isn't strong enough to beat Barcelona in a Champions League final. So stop talking as if everybody is claiming we are going to sign Sneijder when nobody but you has claimed this. You are not an in the know, your football knowledge is very poor and you come across as a glory hunter who won't be satisfied until we sign a big foreign name. Get a life.
hahaha not really. I am just stating the obvious, we won't sign Wesley. However, is that meant to insult me . Come on do better....
I don't need to insult you really. Everybody else on this forum does it for me. You must take the hint though. There is a reason you are so disliked by United fans. You don't have a clue about football, the club itself and the fact you claim to know about all transfer dealings. You get your info from caughtoffside for God's sake! Anyway. Get out more instead of sitting by Sky Sports Transfer Updates all day and playing Football Manager to find the next big star. Get out, maybe get a girl/boyfriend. Fresh air is the **** as well mate. Nothing like it on a summers day. If you are old enough get down to the pub for a shandy. You might make a friend or two. Anyway listen to me blabbing on to a kid on the internet, I've got work to do but remember. Life is what you make it Nohlman. If you want to stay alone and **** all day to youporn, fine, I'm not judging you. I'm just saying there is more to life than what you think is your life.
I don't why I'm even bothering with this but how is it obvious? Some rumours say we are interested in him, some say different, only time will tell but there is nothing reliable that proves we don't have a chance. So I don't see any reason why I can't believe in the POSSIBILITY that we might sign him. You may not believe in that happening but don't spout it everywhere as some kind of undeniably proven verified fact when it's no more than than the belief he will sign.
You guys really do underestimate me. However, I probably know MUCH more than you as I can evalute situations MUCH better than You. I have stated we won't sign ANY top central midfielder for the past 2 months and I stick by it. YOU can rule Sneidjer out right NOW. YOU KNOW WHY? Because Ferguson has. Or is he a liar and a moran to Ferguson, however, has rejected all suggestions of a move for Sneijder. "I keep reading about this, there's absolutely nothing at all to that [reports of United's interest in the player]," he told ESPN Soccernet Press Pass. "First of all I don't think Inter are prepared to sell him anyway. "You get conjecture and you get speculation every week in newspapers unfortunately. And we have to answer these for some reason - why, I don't know, but we have to find a reason without adding insult to any particular club, or embarrassing any particular player. There's nothing we can do about it." http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/jul/14/alex-ferguson-manchester-united-wesley-sneijder
I thought you knew that Jones failed a medical, Liverpool offered more and he WASN'T coming to United?
I stated quite clearly that I made a mistake on that one. However, I never knew we would sign Jones. It was all out of the blue really. There was reports that he may have failed his medical and there was reports that Liverpool bidded more and the Burn owners were not going to sell to us. However, with the midfield situation, it is very clear, we are not going to sign a top midfidler. I do believe we will sign someone just not a top one.
If United do not as you say procure a "Top One" what would be the point at the moment in signing just another midfielder? we have enough midfielders, and players that can play that role already in the squad. do you think it more prudent to wait to a "Top One" can come to United, As history dictates we sold Ronny for £80m never replaced him, as there wasn't anyone available, and we win the PL ... again! So with that in mind, unless the holy Grail of the midfield dynamo is procured then what is point in spending more money?
I stopped reading there, I just don't get how you can be so arrogant about how right you are and how wrong everyone else is (especially when you have been horribly wrong with your great evaluation skills before), all of this is still just media speculation, and that includes all of the "evidence" you keep posting. You managed to be the only person on my ignore list on your "other" account because I got bored of reading your crap posts, and I have a feeling your gonna be there again at some point soon, an honor even KPR didn't manage to achieve (although that was only because he was a mod at the time and I didn't really want to ignore a mod lol).
**** off you liar. All you do is read Twitter all day and Sky Sports Transfer Updates. You pretend to come across as an in the know but you talk utter bollocks. You are obviously an aspiring journalist from caughtoffside.com with as much football knowledge as KPR. The Phil Jones rubbish made you look like a thick piece of **** and because of it nobody takes you seriously or believes your rubbish.
I am sorry to say this, but I will be right about no top midfielder joining. Also please refrain from being abusive. It is only a game after all.
It is starting to look that way but the good news is that it would mean that Anderson will get a proper chance and we can start introducing some of our young stars into the team. It's not the end of the world if we don't sign a big name CM.
I notice you still haven't taken my advice on getting a life? What will you do if we sign Sneijder then?
He is primarily a wide player and I suspect that is where SAF will use him and will use Rooney in the attacking midfield, free role position.
Exactly. Who says we need to sign a creative midfielder? We have Rooney to sit in front of our two central midfielders and just behind the striker or we could even use Berbatov there? Never loses the ball and his through balls are as good as any.
Before last season, Young was pretty much your traditional wide man. He was played in a free attacking role last season because Villa lacked central attacking options. Incidentally, last season was probably his worst in a Villa shirt. I expect him to be used wide normally this season and hope that is the case.
True, and even though last season was probably his worst for Villa he still had overall stats comparable to Nani, who had easily his best season, and better than Bale.
Liverpool are playing the stats game, something that their owners enforce religiously on their baseball teams to get the results they've enjoyed in the past. It may work out for them, but the only other manager I know of who utilises these kind of ideas so much is Big Sam. Take from that what you wish.
