Well it is a big topic around this time of the year in my own country where people have a go at the police for using water canons on rioters. Rather than turning this into a personal attack, why not speak about the issue in question.
Because it's ****ing boring talking about the same Irish-related ****e that you bring up on a daily basis (no offence to the rest of you Irish!) You just post it so you can cause another pointless, bigoted argument. You're fooling no one.
That is one of the many problems with the country. Any time you try and discuss current affairs you get accused of trying to start bigoted arguments it pisses me off.

Can you post where I defended loyalist rioting? I don't think you can. I did however say that I agree with the police removing paramilitary flags but to remove N.I or union flags in Loyalist areas is just asking for trouble. But again, if you don't want to speak about the topic in question, you don't have to. I just think it is ludricous for anyone to have a pop at the police for brinking out water cannons too early. Surely you agree with that point.
Well those are his views and he is entitled to them no matter what we all think. Personally I came down on the side of the Police on that occasion as well. We are all entitled to our opinions and if more people respected that the country would be a better place.

That's fair. We are in NI so the NI flag is fine by me and we are in the UK so I don't see a problem with the Union flag either. The only flags I take issue with are the paramilitary flags
People shouldn't be rioting in the street and the police were right to use water cannons to disperse trouble-makers. The politician claiming that they were used too early is VERY indicitave of the tribal idiocy that occurs to this day in the province. Much like claiming that removing a flag put up deliberately outside a particular community is "asking for trouble". Surely those people sticking flags in places with the intention of winding people up is the "asking for trouble" part....
You think it's OK to put those flags up in front of a Catholic Church? There was only one reason they were put there Medro.
Union, N.I and Somme flags outside a catholic church. What is wrong with that. PLenty of catholics live in the U.K and N.I, plenty died in the Battle of the Somme.
I am a Catholic as are many of my friends and I can honestly say the Union flag does not bother us in the slightest
