http://www.hullcityosc.co.uk/ The purpose of the HCOSC statement states it is supposed to represent its members through polls - which is a clear mandate to give the majority more weight than the majority - NOT represent all equally - it also states your key stance is to be pro Hull City - so there is no way you should represent any member that is against Hull City and pro Hull Tigers - in fact those so called fans who are members of the OSC and voted against Hull City are in breach of a fundamental tenet within the OSC to be pro Hull City and as such they should be excommunicated forthwith
I have no issue with the OSC, they make it perfectly clear on their website that they are a social organisation and are going to back the club with whatever they do, it's not as if they're pretending to be anything other than what they are. That said, the statement really is appallingly written.
You have more or less summed up why I have asked and where my thoughts have ended, although, like me, you see it as an extension of the club and I think that needs to be clearly understood by others. I can see why you make your point in your last paragraphbut I am not too sure it is that simple.
It's completely wrong to read anything into those who don't vote other than to determine the validity of the result. The HCST poll was 99.2% against Hull Tigers, with 6 voting for it. Those who didn't vote, we don't know what they think, but at 71% turnout we can say those did vote represent the overall population of the group pretty well.
Bloody hell, TOM; you started this thread by quoting the daftest statement anyone could possibly make, best let this thread die, mate, seriously.
**** me Fez, if you think I should let this drop and not bleat on and on and on about it, I must have ****ed up bad!
The difference is the absolute ****e you started with, but never mind, here's a new shovel; why did you feel it necessary to start a new thread with a statement as bloody daft as that - it's bloody hard to believe you have a position of responsibility when you do things like that, bloody incredible - carry on digging, I tried to stop you.
I will be posting all official statements on here. This statement was released for publication and was sent to HDM and the BBC as well as directors and officers of the OSC. No one at the OSC has been critical of me posting it, which seems to differ with what Cheshire Ben has posted. The OSC was contacted on email by someone from Cheshire and Bernard Noble rang them., was this Cheshire Ben? It isn't a hard question, but it is important for me to know the answer. You may find it daft to post a statement on here, but the fact is that it was already with the press, just not published. The way to stop the thread is for Cheshire Ben to answer a simple question.
