When I looked at BSaD or BHaPPY their list of rumour transfer targets included Alfreð Finnbogason. I have seen no link between him and our club.

Well exactly - I wonder how many more players we need as any new signings will expect to start..

What happens to Finnbogason's grandson. Is he called Finbogasonsonson?

The number and quality of new signings is impressive. I think under the "home grown rule " for the total squad we still have room for a couple more--though it depends on what happens to Munari, Fabrinni, Pudil and Battachio--even Ekstrand, though he may not be a contender for a while. My only concern is getting all these new boys to play like a team. Last season Arsenal took a while to gain " cohesion" as Wenger calls it, and were much better in the latter half of the season--but for us a flying start is more important. Playing "catch-up " from the lower half of the Premiership is very hard work. I would like us to add a "flying winger" to complete the picture .Is Anya that man?

I have a lot of faith and belief that we will confound all the pundits and betting companies and be right up there. I think with Quique at the helm and the core we have with all these new signings all looking like the right type we will go far.... Roll on Goodison or for me Tannadice...

    Dutch wideman coming in?

Good to get a winger or two in - gives us more flexibility with regard to our formation.

Jurado is apparently a done deal according to a Wobbie update.

You only use the father's name so Jón has a son and he will be Jónsson. And what Jónsson has as his first name for example Hreiðar (Hreiðar Jónsson) his son becomes Hreiðarsson.

Do you have an Icelandic version of Who Do You Are? I can only imagine that tracing genealogy is a bit of a nightmare?

We have Íslendingabók which is a website which has nearly everyone born for 200 years and sometimes more. It is used most to find which famous people you are releated to because of only 320,000 people the chance is good you will be related to someone famous by grand parents or great grand parents. The book is used to find out if you are related to prospective boy or girl friends as having patronymic names sometimes knowing if you are related can be difficult if the family splits or moves.

I am not related to Björk, not in the last 200 years anyway!
