Stella's got a bad rep, "wife-beater" and all that ****, but I think it's fine. Maybe that's because I can handle my drink. It's no stronger than any other premium lager.
Not long back from Dublin and drinking the black stuff from the source.......pure nectar. (for once I'm not actually talking about felching)
I drink Bud, Corona or Strongbow. I have never worked out the attraction of Whiskey, but it does seem to be helluva popular. Vodka makes me boak.
To quote Mick O'Flynn in the legendary film The Quiet Man 'When I drink whisky, I drink whisky and when I drink water, I drink water.'
some whiskies benefit from a small drop of water, usually those from the west coast but i find a good speyside is best enjoyed neat. some people go half whisky half water which is a waste.
It's the **** that goes in it and not the strength though mate There's a brew in Kent called Hurlimann which is ****ing lethal yet only 4.8%...same story
Nah, that was when he was clutching his can of Red Stripe pretending to be with the in-crowd. Now they really were ponces
Hark at all the booze snobs. I would drink nearly anything. No Brandy though as I had a sickner. If it's on offer it goes down Ciarans throat. Usually Stella recently as Tesco have been doing ten big tins for seven pound. Lovely.
i asked my granny to pour me a whisky and she did that. I almost slapped the bitch. i has assumed that being a teuchtar she knew how to pour whisky. I have seen people doing it in pubs as well. I had a friend who asked for cola to put in a highland park at a pub too, he was rightly laughed out the bar.
speyside is the finest area for whisky. all other areas have whisky of a high standard but i have yet to find a speyside single malt which is undrinkable.
Tell the truth. You are a bed-sit shut in who likes to come on the internet and pretend he is a fine whisky buff. Boring ****.
