It doesn't seem to have been published anywhere, other than on this thread. TOM, do you know when the OSC will be publishing a copy their FA submission, for me this is far more important than any statement?
I can't find it anywhere either, which is strange. Noble stuck his name on this in May, so I'm hoping, but doubt, that he's good to his word & makes their submission to the FA available. A link comes with this one. http://www.hullcityosc.com/events/press-release-from-the-hull-city-official-supporters-club-hcosc-4/ Tuesday, May 12th, 2015 Ballot result Following previous Press Releases, the Hull City Official Supporters Club (HCOSC) have sent their submission on Hull City’s request to change its playing name to Hull Tigers to the Football Association (FA). We included In this submission the results from the ballot that was carried out last week. All members received a ballot form by post and had the opportunity to vote by post, e mail or a hand in procedure. The result of the vote is as follows: 704 Members voted No to Hull Tigers 459 Yes to Hull Tigers 240 Spoilt Votes 5 Total 704 Our full submission to the FA will be available to all when we have agreement to do so. Bernard Noble Press Officer on behalf of the Directors HCOSC pm 11th May 2015
We all agreed with the FA not to make public our submissions until after the FA Council had voted, we all now free to do so, hence the Trust releasing theirs immediately after the FA announcement.
I think omega twat likes to pretend he's a big exucutive member of the HCOSC so he looks and feels important. My guess is he's not even a member.
Well he's definitely a member and also the branch liaison officer I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong there TOM.
That is still the case. I don't know what the process is for releasing the submission or when it will happen.
I suspect some are having some difficulty grasping the point TOM keeps trying to make and that is the OSC represents the views of ALL of its members. That means, it doesn't just do a ballot and say "Ok the majority want this, so we'll go with this and **** the others, they lost", they have to tread a fairly delicate line of neutrality. Yes, even if a majority vote one way or the other. They represent all of their members, not just the majority. It's easier for HCST in this respect, they get a majority, they ignore the minority. The majority drives their agenda. OSC can not, and should not work that way. Some of you are trying to compare oranges to horses. Like Chazz, I also get the feeling the knives are out in certain quarters for Bernard and the OSC, which is ****ing abysmal. At some point some of you will surely have to realise that the whole "fans divided" bollocks is nothing to do with the Allams, it's always been there.
You are correct in saying the divisions have always been there Happy. Lets be clear the OSC has never represented the views of all City fans, only ever its membership which has traditionally always been passive flaskers.
Now, now, Happs. Don't go getting into that 'majority'/'minority' quagmire again. Your hero has already busted that flush.
