Well Nottingham Forest need a left back for starters. Just shows hoiw bad Konchesky must be if Liverpool dropped there asking price by 70% just to get rid. Like i posted yesterday, was not impressed with PK when he played for Forest.

Looks like Leicester and West Ham will be the 2 teams that most neutrals want to fail. But for very different reasons.

Sullivan's interview on SSN yesterday made him look very arrogant and under-estimating the strength of the championship. After losing all of their star players they won't even be that strong, will they?

We aren't really in a position to lecture teams about pulling out of one agreement because they've got a better one from Liverpool... <whistle>

70%? Load of rubbish. There's no way Liverpool were asking £5m for Konchesky.

Never meant to be a lecture but just thought I'd mention it. I've never seen Masiela play very much so I can't comment on who's better.

Absolutely, they only paid £3m for him and he'd had a nightmare season and ended up in the Championship, they were lucky to get £1.5m back for him.

It was a joke mate, because our club hardly have any morals left after pulling out of that Grimsby friendly.

I would not pay 500,000 for Konchesky. Way over rated. His best days are gone. Cannot wait to play Leicester City.

PK is best remembered by me for gifting us our first Premier League win when he was easily shoved off the ball for ***an to cross for Folans winner v Fulham.

So we have an offer for a player to come to our club who seems pretty keen. Good.

Liverpool hear this offer and reduce their asking price for Paul Konchesky so they can shift him.

Konch with vast english league experience, speaks the language, will fit in easily, has played for the manager and who has played in the league before.

    or

Tsepo, just a guy from SA who I have never seen play.

    Who would you choose?

Its a no brainer, we want premier league and we want to take as little amount of risk as we can.

I don't think the issue is that you decided to sign someone else, it's the fact that the poor bugger flew all the way to Sweden before he was told the deal was off, you must have known a deal with Konchesky was on the cards before he came over.

He had just signed a contract beforehand with Maccabi Haifa so he couldn't be that bothered.

Don't you have something useful you could be doing? (Translation: **** off on to your own board. We don't need you)
