Don't like your taste in women either. The bird on the right is definitely in need of a wax!

McGregor fight is interesting for me, he's probably gonna put Mendes away but cocky fighters sometimes seem to come up a cropper in fights that you don't expect. My money wouldn't go anywhere else mind.

He's the big draw in UFC at the minute, it's better for the profile of the sport if his rise to stardom continues.

Be a good show I reckon mate.

I love Connor mate but i reckon this fight could work against him more than if he fought Aldo.
Connors style compliminets Mendez so much. A 5 foot 9 wirey bloke against a 5 foot 6 stocky wrestler? U just know connors gona spend most the fight trying not to be laid on his back!

Have you seen Conor's cut he looks ****ed mate, he needs put on a drip <laugh>

Aldo could ruin Conor, he'd set out to hurt him bad, shut his mouth. The end of Conor's rise before the momentum got really going could be a step back for the sport, I think there's more than meets the eye as to why Aldo-McGregor isn't happening this summer.

He looks wound up mate, this could be a good shuffle.

Mcgregors a machine mate, i reckon he got in Aldos head. Aldo had 4 medical notes saying he was fit to fight, and yet he declared himself unfit!

Connor has a 8 inch reach advantage tonight if it stays toe to toe he'll destrot MendeZ!

Just got to me brothers, we are staying up to watch this. McGregor has been managed fantastically so far and all his fights have been specifically chosen to be stand up and fight opponents, now he's facing a different challenge with Mendes who will look to take this to the floor.

I want McGregor but undecided about who will actually take this...

He's looking gaunt mate in the face, I'm not saying he's skinny he's obviously a beast, but he has had to cut a lot I'm talking body fat. Think that's why Aldo said he wasn't ready, the cut being too drastic.

I'd fancy Aldo but probably a bit of bias as I'm not a huge fan of McGregor. He looks wound up tonight, something edgy about him.

I've been out for 6-7 weeks mate just pure laziness no excuses! I guess sometimes you need it.

I've got a few pounds to shred, so some hiit stuff to begin with for me, probably do cardio only this week then back into lifting, German Body Comp stuff like poliquin works every time for me, stick to what works is my motto.

When I get to where I wanna be body-wise I start maintenance stuff, incorporate some pad work striking pads and sparring mostly, I do that in a different gym, Muay Thai mainly in there but there's a few lads who do MMA I get stuck in if I'm in the mood.

Creatine is great for 5x5 but I stopped using it for other stuff, I hate the bloat. Protein, Leucine and Magnesium are my staple go-to sups although I have a cupboard full of goodies!

Ive been back at the gym for 3 weeks and loving it.
I done nowt in the for 12 weeks after my wrist surgery, i was absolutely pulling my hair out not being able to do anything. I couldnt believe how much strengh i lost in that time!
Im nearly back to how I was strengh wise, fatigue is the only problem now.
