I think he's talking about this: http://www.shoot.co.uk/category/news/west-ham-set-to-offer-former-real-madrid-midfielder-a-contract/ Although, there's also this: http://www.footballtransfertavern.com/premiership/ex-inter-milan-midfielder-set-to-join-the-tim-sherwood-revolution-at-aston-villa/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed: TransferTavern (The Transfer Tavern Home Page)
The link I posted is dated today though. Although, in fairness, there's no talk about an original rejection.
Pardon me for posting a story published that day that I thought Leicester fans might be interested in.
@Merc_Sport: Esteban Cambiasso waiting on manager appointment before signing new deal: http://t.co/QqucXIjZOk #lcfc @RobTannerMerc http://t.co/kC4dP1ThrC
I think Cambiasso is up for staying, the vibes from his camp have always been decent in that regard. But it won't want to stay if we get a no-hoper because he won't want that relegation to blight the end of his career. I'm seriously not giving any credence to this Preki nonsense. As pessimistic as I feel, I don't think the next appointment will be THAT bad.
Keep Ulloa simple. Why ? well it´s his 2nd season in the prem & I´m sure, like JV & AK he´ll be better this season. I must be the only one who doesn´t really give a **** about the Austin rumour.
Why? He scored 13 goals last season and selling your top scorer is hardly a good way to go forward Okazaki is a gamble, Vardy only scored 5 and Kramaric got 3. While we all expect better from them this season it would still be silly to sell Leo even if we bring in Austin
