Club Statement: We always knew that following a change to the FA's policy the chances of changing the name were slim but we also feel it is important to fight for what you believe in and we believe that being called Hull Tigers would be the best strategy for the future. We will be taking some time away from the Club to consider our options and we will make no further comment until we have come to a conclusion. http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/article/club-statement-2540449.aspx#bBz7Puh3CDFvRFVz.99 Just give the **** up, you stupid ****ing ****s.

Today could be a good day to fire up the passionate Hull City support, all it would take is a statement from the club that they accept the desision, confirm that we will remain as Hull City, put Hull City season passes back on sale and any more goodwill gestures they can think of. Sadly its more likely to be, the fight to become Hull Tigers goes on for the silent majority.
Hopefully after taking some time away they will conclude it's time to drop it. Or sell. Either would please me.
Oh, you're one of those... I will explain my post once, as simply as possible, before going on my way. All I did was point out that the Allam family's attitude towards the tenants of the Airco Arena clearly indicates their attitude towards amateur sports in Hull, ie they don't actually give a ****. After becoming aware of this, why anyone would now think their being involved in sports development in Hull was a good idea is beyond me. Never mind the fact that actually a sports village would have inevitably replace much of the already existing provision for sport in at least West Hull (what happens to Albert Ave, Costello, Haltemprice etc.... no thought appeared to be given to this.) so putting public provision for sports into this type of private hand would have been a disaster. Your question regarding the Allam family making money from the Airco Arena, is irrelevant, inane, and a waste of time and effort, therefore I'm out.
Ha, 'change of fa policy' dig. They're just incredible aren't they? Am loving seeing Sunbeam get his knickers in a twist tho
Will them 'taking some time away' affect transfers? Also them using the 'change of FA policy' is like a person who loses an argument saying 'oh I was just Wumming, and you all bit'. ****s.
I was thinking the same thing. Putting SB's transfer plans on hold is the last thing we need. When you've lost all street credibity there's only one route to take but they're so thick skinned I can see them staying.
How do I email the club to ask about season passes if it's taking time away?? Should I email Butlins incase it turns up there
News travels slowly down here to Wiltshire. My granddaughter has just rang me all very excited about the refusal. Hope that the Allams do as promised and just **** straight off out of my world so that I no longer have to see Toad and his gobshite of a son Weasel face again.
