You going to watch The Expanse when it comes out? I figure you have probably read at least some of the books.

Yeah, I've been following Comic Con but nowt seems to be taking my fancy as of yet, apart from a shirt clip of the Sherlock Christmas special. The fact the timezones are 7 hours apart doesn't help. Of course, it has only really just getting started.
I really should try to get tickets next year and drive down for it. The one in Sacramento pales in comparison.
I'd love to be able to go. The one in London is okay, but not all that amazing. San Diego is the big one.
Yea ill look into how to get tickets for the next one. That might be the one they do an Aliens screening or something.
TBH I couldnt give a **** which way the vote went now. I think the team is more important than a name!
From the research I did it sounds like I won't be able to go. You can't just get tickets, it's a lottery system that favors people who have attended before and favors people who went last year the most. It seems that if you haven't been before it's just about impossible to attend. Clearly I would go as Donatello, the one from the original movie clearly.
As Elle has approriately misdirected this thread, it seems OK to add anything to the mix. Western Canada and more importantly to me, Sakatchewan is burning. 119 forest fires in the north, they are huge and threatening a number of comunities. About 12,000 people have been evacuated to safer zones and we, in Regina, 600 km to the south have nasty grey smokey skies. Mind you, makes interesting looking Moon skies. Although we have had nasty forest fires in the past, these are unprecented and combined with conditions in Alberta and BC, wait for it .............. it looks a bit like, duck here, climate change. If interested, one can go online and see satellite photos of the huge areas that are burning. All of that said, where were the Allams and what were they doing when these fires first started?
Are there many who arnt really bothered about us becoming hull tigers,or are the majority like the ones on this thread who have ostrich syndrome if i bury my head in the sand pretend it aint happening, sling profanities about then it wont happen? Finding it quite funny a post about our name change needs misdirecting because people cant bear to hear it
