I think as far as the disharmony goes, we all need to look at ourselves to some degree. We have a common goal, as people in favour of the name change are few and far between, yet we persist in arguing about so many other things, rather than unite and focus our combined passion against the real issue.
^^^^^^^^ Tosh & drivel this ^^^^^^ Steve Bruce? I would prefer Robert The Bruce to Steve. Just simply calling them clueless when it comes to football matters. They are proving it with there current actions. The Allams, they have betrayed our trust. They wont recover from this fall out and the mood of the players. Both are bonkers and little to choose between the pair.
I can see how an argument could be made for different groups having a share in causing a lack of collectivism and spirit, unfortunately it is an inevitable consequence of fighting the name-change. But could you be more specific on your comment regarding some opportunism going on, perhaps who and how would be useful, else it appears as idle gossip.
I agree with your sentiments 100% - the problem, as I see it, is that the two opposing sides are now so entrenched in their views that their is absolutely no common ground for the them to meet and work out a compromise. It's a terrible situation.
Exactly - I think everyone knows the name change is wrong, but nobody is changing sides. The anti's are going to protest and the pro's are going to boo that protest, they need to stop that - if they're that pro then they should have a pro Allam/Hull Tigers chant. This is my poorly worded ''compromise'' of above.
I will be going next season as I have my pass. After that, I will no doubt continue to go as this club will always be Hull City to me. I am not letting the Allams force me out of my club, and stop me from watching the club I have supported since I was 4. The name will no doubt one day change back if it does get changed, and I will fight for the name to be changed back the day it changes. If the name changes, why would I abandon the club when it needs my support more than ever. The day that name changes is the day we have to fight to get it back.
Did you even read his earlier post? Arguing/hating with "should be fellow fans" supposedly made him hand his pass back. So wtf does he still come on here to continue arguing/hating with the same "fellow fans"? Surely using his warped logic, he should be handing his broadband connection back to KC?
Not sure what some are trying to push here. Of course there are differences of opinion, on all subjects and topics on here. Its a fact of life people will disagree on just about everything. This talk of bringing fans together and compromises, I don't get it.
So, no comments on my thoughts / feelings to the Allams and this whole situation? You know, the ones that are in my posts? Not going to defend them or offer a counter-argument? In answer to your question, I come here to post my thoughts and feelings. I may have stopped watching City and am pleased I'm not next to people like you whilst watching football. However... I've never said I won't converse with anyone online. I'm on here to let you know how the Allams stopped me watching my club. And that pricks like you will stop me going back when the Allams have gone. Why is that so hard to understand? I won't go to watch City because of Allams and dickheads like you. But I'm more than happy to come on here and tell you about it.
Truth be known. Your self-imposed boycott has no impact on me and the others you detest. The only person you're impacting is yourself by missing out on watching games. If you're no bothered about what your team is up to, then why should you care in the slightest what the fans who do think about it? For me, the dickhead is the person who is cutting off his own nose to spite his face. But hey, have fun with your hating.
The pain must be insufferable for you, please stop hurting yourself like this constantly. Try Samaritans instead.
Heh, that all you got? Justify the Allams, please. I'd like to hear it. Actually, Chazz, it's quite liberating, seeing how some people are
Not wrong. For many at first it was anti-name change. Then for many it became anti-Allam. All down to Allam. As you know but won't acknowledge.
