I've gone for Mark Webber again. He won his 1st race at the nurburgring, and he always thrives in the face of adversity.
Cheers, El Bando! I'm sticking with Alonso, (surprise surprise), the car was just so far ahead of the Red Bulls when he got into the clear it was unreal. All Alonso needs to do is never drop further back then 1st, and he wins it by a mile, simple as! EDIT: Oh ****, I didn't see the stuff about blown diffusers. Oh well, if Ferrari have agreed to compromise they'll probably have one waiting, still Alonso!
As its the German gp thread i'll put this from a German driver: Q: If you were a team boss, which current drivers would you pick first for your team (excluding yourself and your current team mate)? AS: Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso.

This is coming from one of Hamilton's best friends. When I read it, I was suprised he didnt pick Hamilton in that. This is Sutil, he also said its his dream to drive for Ferrari, probably trying to get noticed by them, hopefully Ferrari listen. He deserves a top team imo.
How would Sutil attract the attention of Ferrari...hmmmm please log in to view this image nope try again...
Der Meister/Die Meisterin could work in context but not by itself Really hoping for rain here. Last time it did (in Nurb) it was a great race, hopefully it will be again.
I can't bring myself to vote for Vettel. But now that Red Bull openly have team orders, and with McLaren on the back foot, the only person with a prayer of stopping him in a dry race is Alonso. In the wet I'd be boring and go for Button or Schumacher.
No vote cast yet but as things stand, surely Vettel must be favourite? - He's doing a great job (even if he is the favoured one at Red Bull) and surely there can be no doubt they have by far the best car? Alonso should be expected to chase hard but he's unlikely to have enough of the Red Bull downforce so essential to this circuit. Hamilton will fight without any of 'the force' at all, and probably achieve something the car's not capable of (a podium for instance). Oh, hang on a sec, so will that other guy who always seems to see the big picture: what's his name? - Oh yeah, Jenson Button!
I hate all these ridiculous myths about Hamilton's abilities. He would "probably achieve something the car's not capable of"? No driver has ever achieved anything their car is incapable of doing. It's just a load of hyperbole aimed at mythologising someone who does not deserve it.
FAO MARTIN BRUNDLE... I know you read this forum. The keyword is 'Sequential' and to be mentioned on either race day or qualy!
