I don't understand it ... If it was a 16 year old unknown, then aye... but he was chased by europe's top clubs last year.
Ronny bust a gut trying to sign him for us by all accounts. Same people would have been creaming their scuds if we'd got him then. Same people who think Celtic are some sort of global superclub instead of the moderate sized one in a piddling backwater that we actually are. They can't equate realism with their football team but seem capable of doing it in every other aspect of their lives.
aye my daddy told me about him a couple of days ago. decent keeper. I don't understand how Zaluszka could content himself doing what he's done. second fiddle to every keeper at Celtic - wit a diddy
Played for Belgium at every international level so must have some talent. Zaluska was a decent guy but a ****e keeper. Never felt confident when he was in goal.
Aye, I was always ****ting it in case Gordon got injured as he was the difference in some games - especially in Europe. Also, getting someone decent in guards against complacency.
The wee Norwegian dude will probably end up staying in La Liga ... getafe or something but I read Real want him to go on loan for a few seasons and "grow up" without the support of his Dad who is now a coach at Real.
Hanousek his name is. He has 11 goals in 88 league games. Basically the same record as Pukki/Bangura/Balde/Miku/Lassad/Murphy
Nadir Ciftci: Celtic sign Dundee United striker for £1.5m Nadir Ciftci has completed a £1.5m move from Dundee United to Celtic, signing a four-year deal with the Scottish Premiership champions. Celtic had two earlier offers rejected for the 23-year-old. Wigan had matched United's valuation for the player, but Ciftci did not want to join the English League One team. He becomes the third United player to join Celtic in the last six months, after midfielders Gary Mackay-Steven and Stuart Armstrong. The Turkish-born striker moved to Tannadice from Dutch side Breda in 2013 and went on to score 33 goals in two seasons. However, he recently turned down the offer of a contract extension, leaving him with a year to run on his contract with United. He is due to answer a charge of "excessive misconduct" later in July after the Scottish FA accused him of biting Dundee midfielder Jim McAlister on the leg during the final match of last season. Ciftci becomes Celtic manager Ronny Deila's fourth signing of the summer, with goalkeeper Logan Bailly and defenders Dedryck Boyata and Saidy Janko agreeing deals with the Parkhead club.
