Erm, no - most of us dismissed it because the story did not correspond with previously known and established facts. Given the tweet from Dan Johnson earlier this evening, it seems that suspicion has now been vindicated. No agenda. Just reading.
That'd be big news given that the PL have no power to reject or accept it. Don't worry though, you'll get to see an 'FA reject name change again' thread at the weekend. I'm sure you'll judge what's happens next on its merits and not just blindly agree with whatever Allam does.
