Unless we sell one of Lucas or Allen, I'm not 100% sure we will see Can in midfield. Hope I'm wrong. Also, wouldn't be surprised if we sign Markovic go out on loan.
Depends on the type of striker though ... At least with Firmino and Coutinho working in tandem, they will create a lot of chances. I know we were wasteful last season but at the same time, we didn't create that many clear cut chances which was part of the issue.
We ran away from goal. lambert could not run, sterling could not shoot, balotelli was a total waster no matter what you say (you are wrong totally wrong and the football world knows you are wrong on that muppet) and sturridge fell apart. in the end we didn't stretch any teams and our bac line was afar too deep to encourage good link up play. As i said get us a striker.

Why not? You need two per position. Henderson, Can, Milner Allen, Lucas If any thing we dont have enough midfielders. 2 injuries and I'm worried, 3 and it turns to panic, any more and we will struggle.
I'm sure Can will play games but I don't think he'll be a regular unless we play 3 in midfield. Milner is on a big contract and Henderson is captain.
