Like with everything though, they just shrug their shoulders, act like it isn't important and that they don't know why anyone's upset, and simply carry on. They're untouchable, it seems.
The full report is being released - but by FIFA. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/30546139 The chances of it actually being the full report are unlikely methinks. Wouldn't be surprised to see the odd sentence removed...
FIFA have announced that the released report will have "appropriate redactions", which means all suggestions of wrongdoing will be deleted.

Fifa is probably one of the most secretive institutions on the planet - theres no reason for secrecy in a football organisation that to hide money flow and power flow
I really hope they can prevent him getting back in next May. He'll be 79 by then, for God's sake! Only a megalomaniac would want to continue in such a role instead of enjoying some sort of lucrative retirement.
I suspect he's worried that when he does go, all the ****e thats been hidden will emerge. He's clinging on because he wants to keep what in his head is his untarnished image and not be chased down like a criminal.
